Stopped by the Wingstop in Seffner and honestly it was a great experience. The wings came out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. Exactly what you want when you’re craving wings.
The staff was friendly and my order came out pretty quick. The place looked clean and everything just ran smoothly while I was there.
Definitely one of the better Wingstop locations I’ve been to. If you’re in the Seffner area and want some good wings, this spot is worth the stop.

They gave me someone else’s order that has been sitting for quite some time. I ordered a six piece. They gave me an eight piece with different flavor, wings and all drums and the fries were really cold and hard and the dipping sauce was room temperature and the corn taste like rubber .. Pure laziness because you can’t sit there and tell me that you didn’t know that this food was sitting out for an excessive amount of time Will not ever be returning here

I work in the area and have patroned this business for lunch regularly for about 6 years. This wing stop was once really great under previous management. Not so much today. The last time I ordered delivery from their website, their driver canceled my order and the store would not initially reimburse me or re-delivery my order at no charge. They literally made me beg for them to do the right thing. And the last 3 times I had wings, they tasted like they were cooked in dishrag water. I just dont get what happened but I’ll be going to Beef O Bradys up the road next time I have a wing craving.

I’m disgusted and upset after my visit to this wingstop location. I found a long strand of hair tangled in my French fries. There’s no excuse for this kind of negligence in food preparation. It’s clear that proper hygiene and quality control were not a priority in that kitchen. I expected better. This experience has completely turned me off from eating here again. Do better wingstop.

Wingstop is so underrated! We had no issues from this location, as they always get their orders delivered quickly. My delivery driver was friendly.
The food is good as always! The fries and the wings always have a good texture. However, the Louisiana Rub is spicy hot! Just make note of that if you order that kind. Overall, it’s a good experience.

Excellent service, friendly staff. As good as a takeout wing place can get. Looks like this location has the highest reviews out of the entire area. We drove and passed by other locations for this reason. Wanted to try it at its best. Don’t have it near us. Seems like “boneless wings” are the craze.

And then having a customer service rep come over the phone and say, my manager says she personally packed your order.And wants to know what you’re missing, after telling them what i’m missing, they only offer me a ten dollar account Credit, that is only redeemable if I come in in person.

I ordered early afternoon. The service and food were great. However, I will no longer be spending money at Wingstop due to their change in fries. They went from fresh to frozen. I’m done with that. I’ve been a loyal customer since ’03. It’s been real.

Everyone there needs to learn to wash their hands and stop scratching weaves and their faces while they are preparing food. The little person was bagging the food which is a bad idea because since she isn’t average height, she was leaned way over the food with no mask. She also scratches her weave alot and doesn’t have her hair in a net. So I’m guess that hair gets everywhere. The cashier with the dimples was nice and welcoming but coughing all in the front as she is touching food and taking ordered. The fry guy was rubbing his nose with the back of his arm. I was completely disgusting and should have just left but I had already paid and was in a hurry. But never again when I’m in FL will I go into this wing stop…staff needs to revisit sanitary conditions and customer service. Oh and If u charge full price, provide full portions
