We got there and placed our order, the person asked me to hold after I told her the first thing we wanted and came back and said she had the order of tots which I never mentioned. Proceed to give me the total before I could finish the order. Told her we still had a few more items and took our order, missed a couple shakes and had to repeat myself couple times before they had our order right. Girl who dropped our food off was walking like a tortoise and gave us attitude, gave her cash which she didn’t even count and didn’t bother giving me my change. Came home and found a hair in our wrap… been coming here for years and have never experienced customer service like this.

11/25 around 10pm: I used the mobile app and ordered a pretzel. Realized that I forgot the FREE cheese sauce with my pretzel and when I rang the button, the guy said “it’s okay this time but don’t forget next time”. Like what? It’s a free cheese sauce just bring it out. And he was not the one that brought it out. The young lady that did our car hop service was very sweet. We asked her what his problem was and she said “he’s just blunt”. I told her he doesn’t know how to talk to customers and she apologized on his behalf.

Pulled into a stall and pressed the button to order. Waited 5 minutes and another car pulled up next to me. I still have the window down waiting and they get someone to take their order before mine. It still said that I was active and someone would be taking my order. After another 5 minutes I just drove off and went to McDonald’s.

Today I ordered 2 drinks, one I had added nerds to and then also payed for a pup cup. Yes $.60 isn’t such a big deal but to be charged $.89 for an added pup cup and get home and there were no nerds in my drink was disappointing. I tried to call several times and no one picks up the phone and it does not go through which again was very aggravating. I like everyone else, we work hard for our money and yes while it is only $.60, I did not receive what I ask for and would like to be reimbursed. Companies not following through with customers/orders and taking money from them is getting very tiring. It’s the principle of it.

Came to Sonic and ordered a corn dog. This is what I received. I ordered a large total that was more like a small. Not impressed at all. I won’t be going back. I even emailed the manager at the email on the receipt and nothing. So unprofessional.

Getting a 6″ coney meal was about $7.50, but getting an ice cream instead of a drink made it nearly $14.50.
Tater tots were undercooked, very pale on the outside and gummy on the inside.
Chili cheese coney had hardly any chili or cheese, first bite had almost none of each.
Ended up getting a drink instead of an ice cream because I didn’t want to spend $7 to substitute a drink. I won’t be coming back.

Their kiosk did not work for payment for the number one I ordered. Received my food with some freezer burnt fries, and the bun was burnt? How? I have no idea. It also seemed as though my burger was a little small; as if I had a kids meal. It’s something about this location that doesn’t sit well with me. I would have raised hell if it wasn’t for the new leaf I’ve turned. They have officially lost my business.
