Waited 15 minutes for cold food. Portion size was horrible. The fries could have been good if they were at least warm. For me the wings were the most underwhelming part. No kids options either. Do not recommend.

Everytime I’ve went it’s been great. The flavors are always on point. Had me wishing I ordered more than 10. The girls up front were nice when I came in. It was clean in the store. I don’t care what the bad word is revolving around wing stop but I enjoy the food. It’s a newer restaurant they had to work out the kinks!

Good wings my wife raved about from her time in Texas. They are good, but I remember them being better when I visited her in Texas. Very young service and cooking crew, so the service may well improve over time. Strip mall location is convenient, but rather small, with only a moderate amount of dine in capacity. Overall solid wings and the rest will probably improve with time and experience.

On 04/27/2023 my wife and I tried Wingstop in Dalton Ga store #2350. We placed an order for 20 traditional wings, Large Fries and two waters. The cashier Eimly asked did we want bottled water and we responded with a no. She then proceeded to hand us two cups and our receipt. Once at our table I was reviewing the receipt and realized that she had charged me for two drinks at $2.79 each. I walked back up to the cashier and asked if she meant to charge me for two drinks and she responded that she gave me two cups and I told her that we ordered water and that is what we got and she told me that she had to charge me for the cup. I asked “really” and she said yes so I returned to my table. Someone then called our name and we received our food. Once I tasted the fries I tasted something sweet so I decided to ask someone about it and they said that there is something sweet in the seasoning so I asked could they make me some new ones without the seasoning and a male employee that was acting as manager said yes. I sat back down and ate really greasy wings and then on our way out of the restaurant after not receiving the fries I asked if they could just refund the my money for the fries and the acting manager asked me “did someone not bring your fries out” and I said no. He then asked me if I wanted him to make me some and I responded no that we were already finished eating.” I asked him if he could just refund them and he responded no. I said seriously and he said no we already gave you your fries and I responded “no they did not that another employee threw them away” and he responded that they don’t do refunds. I then asked him what his name was and I couldn’t really understand because he was mumbling so I asked him again and couldn’t hear him again but it sounded like Preston or Prescott.

Placed lunch order at 12:00, the email said my order would be ready between 16 and 21 minutes. We go to pick up order and end up waiting 48 minutes just to get to the car and realize everything is wrong and nothing I ordered was in the bag. I took it back in and they said they would have to remake it and that could take another 20 mins so I asked for a refund. Once the girl told the lead guy I wanted a refund he said he would remake it now. I waited close to 10 minutes for that and he personally handed me the order, apologized and confirmed everything was correct inside the bag because he made it himself .I get to the car and double check again to realize they left off the fried corn and fries. I had to go inside AGAIN to wait on them to make that. It took over an hour just to get the correct food we originally ordered. 10 out of 10 I do not recommend!!!!!!!

My friend and I went here for lunch today. She ordered her food immediately right after me and got the exact same meal. They took over an hour getting her food ready and by the time they bagged it my food was cold. They also had hot honey posted everywhere as an option for wing rub and claimed they were out. They lady who took our order just didn’t have any clue what she was doing and had a hard time pushing buttons on a screen from my understanding. They also got the wing sauce wrong and wasn’t even close to what we had ordered. We also did not get the veggies sticks we had ordered. I will not return here anytime soon.

Ordered online. Waited 40mins like online estimated and still had to wait 15mins in the restaurant. Fries were completely soaked in grease to the point of being mushy and dark brown. Ordered mango habanero wings and was surprised that they had absolutely no flavor at all.

The wings were good. The fries were ok and not as fresh as expected considering we ate our food inside. Cashier told us it would be an hour wait but it was more of a 30-35 min wait. Compromised on the wait since it’s opening week, but wait time was less than expected. They may just be verbally extending the wait times to give their staff a break. I would suggest if possible to adjust their availability of online orders if they find it difficult to prioritize in-store/walk-in customers and can’t do with the staff on hand. Either way for our first experience it wasn’t bad. The food was good.
