On my last 3 visits I ordered the same sandwich and it was made different each time. This last time they left off two ingredients. The time before they must have sprinkled extra salt on it, and the time before that it was so oily that it was leaking all over. The service hasn’t been great from the making of the sandwich to the way they treat us. We’re regulars. We don’t complain. This is our first time leaving a review. I would have loved to have left a good review. We eat at a lot of different Jersey Mike’s and I have to say, though this is a convenient one to go to, it is the one that has the most problems.

My sub was very soggy and I had to force myself to eat it. It’s not typically this bad, but this one was very soggy. The roast beef also tasted a little off compared to normal. I get the #9 and was really craving it yesterday. Was disappointed on this sandwich. Otherwise we normally have a good experience, which is why I gave it 4 stars still. #glutenfree #celiac

This is the first Jersey Mikes in the 5 states in which I have eaten at one or more that did not meet expectations. Both items were made wrong. I hypothesize a combination of the noise level so high they couldnt hear and a friend who dropped by for a visit to talk about. Also I ordered 2 fountain sodas. They didnt tell me 2 of the spigots were partly dismantled and unoperational so we didnt get the soda we wanted either.

12/31/22 @ 1:15 pm I came to pick up an online order for my husband. While there, I ordered a second sandwich. There were 4 young men working at the time… I was so impressed with these employees. They were working as a well oiled tag team in taking care of the many customers who were there when I arrived and all the others that customers who came in after me. Everyone of them had a hardworking, positive customer friendly attitude. I appreciated them so much. Rarely do you see a whole team working together in such an efficient, organized, positive way.. Kudos to these young men. I hope the management understands how valuable this team is to their organization. They were OUTSTANDING!
