It’s hard to find good customer service anymore let alone finding a crew who looks happy to be at work. I was welcomed with a huge hello everyone was on point working and working as a team. Not to mention my food came out HOT, FAST AND BUSSIN!!! THANK YOU TO EACH AND EVERYONE if you. I work in the food industry so I know how challenging and draining it can be.

I did an online order. This was my first time trying wingstop and it was pretty good. We had the chicken tender bundle. Louisiana rub and hot honey. They were good and crunchy and not soggy at all. The corn was good and the fries were too. Their ranch dressing is AMAZING. I will definitely eat here again. They are currently taking online orders only. You cannot come in and order.

One of my favorite spots! I will always go back. I ordered delivery and it was quickly delivered. I wanted a little more lemon pepper seasoning on my wings and corn but that is personal preference. The food was so good.

Placed an online order to be picked up at 11 am. Turns out the store doesn’t actually open until 11 am. No problem. Walked in the restaurant at exactly 11 am. I stood at the counter until 11:09 am before any of the 3 employees even acknowledged that I was standing there. Literally almost 10 minutes of me standing there. If nothing, if they were trying to attend to something, someone could’ve said hello and that they’d be with me shortly.
Additionally, if a restaurant doesn’t open until 11 am, please disable the 11 am pickup option. It should definitely be 11:30 because it is currently 11:21 and I still do not have my order.
The food is good but does not make up for the poor customer service.

This facility is dirty. You have so many young children playing instead of doing what they need to do in there like cleaning then you have 10 employees all Seasoning fries… or standing around looking at you like you’re crazy. The food here used to be so good. I don’t know what has happened, but you barely get sauce Or seasoning on your chicken.. You order online so they can have it prepared by the time you get there from the Estimate estimated time that they provide and it’s still not ready because everyone is in there playing or doing something that you shouldn’t be doing

This is one of the worse places to order food from ! The fulfillment of your order will always take longer than expected! There’s ALWAYS WRONG WITH ORDER! Is very unfortunate because the food from this chain is regularly good but, not from this location. The attitude and atmosphere of this place is really poor. It is very unfortunate because is a completely colored crew and they show no pride on what they do and mistake and after mistake their attitude is like they are right and the customer is wrong! I’m not the only one noticing this, check the rest of the reviews in Yelp! No one at no point during my experience said I’m sorry, we will fix this issue. Is always a ridiculous excuse and some one else’s fault! I will never order food from this place again.

I remember now why I rarely order from here. The chicken and wings are wonderful and this visit I did corn. They gave me Cajun seasoning on the corn instead of the garlic Parmesan I ordered but come on now. You guys are too busy to not be changing the oil. My fries were burnt and shriveled up like a 200 year old potato. Just be mindful of how busy they are, always add an extra 30 minutes to the time the app says. Employees are fantastic and always very attentive to the customers we just need to be patient and respectful. Thank you Wing Stop crew I appreciate you so very much and have a wonderful weekend!!!! Much love ❤️❤️❤️ I know these fries don’t look terrible but the first and after taste taste burnt. Go to Cookout or Comeback Shack. The only decent thing they’ve served in the last couple of years is good ranch but seriously my ranch is ten times better than they ranch

After leaving and looking at my food to find them with NO SAUCE, I then took it back inside where the lady tried to tell me all that grease down in the bottom was sauce.. but did proceed to lightly drizzle some more sauce on top, as you can tell there’s a major color difference. I ate 1 wing and had grease dripping half way down my arm.. be so serious right now. I’m SO BEYOND disappointed and they definitely need to be investigated.. better yet, shut down.
