Dirty disgusting establishment. That’s the 1st thing I saw when I came to pick up food I ordered online . But that’s not all , I ordered my food at 12:15 and waited over a hour for them to make it . when I got there they tried to say they didn’t have my order but then I showed them my order confirmation and she started to make it . There was over 15 people in the small building waiting for food the music was so loud you could not understand the cashier ,it was so Smokey from someone burning oil and the people working were so rude when I told them I ordered my food over a hour ago they said the wait is long there was people that came in after me and ordered food and got it b4 me don’t waist your money here !

I don’t think I have ever given a 1 star review. I don’t expect perfection when I go out and I know most people are trying their best. However, if I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order at 3:52 and my online message read it would take 16-20 minutes. I live 25 or so minutes away so there was plenty time to be ready by the time I got there. But it wasn’t. So I just waited patiently as people came in ordered food and sat down and received their food when I placed an order before them. I asked again about my order, still not ready. By 5:00 I asked again could they tell me at least what order in the line was as I have seen people come in after my order and left while I was still sitting there, but I was only told it’s coming. Around 5:20 I just asked for a refund so I could go get something to eat from someplace else. Then my food was ready. While I was sitting there I witnessed rude behavior towards others asking for their orders and personal conversations going on among the staff regarding paying rent and phone bills. Someone ordered boneless wings, were given bone-in wings and had to wait and they still got their order before me and I witnessed that entire transaction while waiting. After I finally received my order and got home, I was missing 8 lemon pepper wings!!! I definitely need to be contacted about this order and compensation for this order. People walking in shouldn’t get their orders before someone waiting for over an hour after placing an order.

This was the worst food experience I have ever had in my life. Not only when I walked in was it not being well maintained in terms of cleanliness, there were only 2 other guest in front of my waiting for food. I believe that my food would surely take no more than 20 minutes. The poor girl at the front counter taking orders must have been in training, and it was evident they did not train her well at all. She was struggling to answer basic questions about their menu. Once I placed my order I quickly got frustrated when I saw there was probably 8 staff members in the back, but only one of them was actually working. She was dropping the food, saucing the wings, cookings the fries, boxing up the meals, and handing them to guest. Everyone else was on their phones and listen to inappropriate work music. Then as I was waiting for my food for OVER 45 minutes I was approached a total of 4 different times telling me there was something on my order they would not be able to fulfill.I have personally worked in fast food, so I was trying to be very patient and kind because I am well aware the workers cannot control all of their circumstances. However they lacked the decency to try figure out what they did and did not have. I approached the counter maybe 2 times to see what they hold up was on my order, and they told me it was coming. Yet there were 6 other people who got there after me that got served before me. I was disgusted at this point. When I finally received my order I asked them to please ensure it was correct. The boy handed me my food and said “ma’am I promise you it is right”. Unfortunately I was only on an hour lunch break with 15 minutes to get back to my job and eat, so I did not have time to check the bag. When I got back to work with only 5 minutes left to eat I saw that my whole order (food that I ordered for coworkers as well) was completely wrong. I couldn’t not even eat my food. When I went back at the end of the day I still made sure to be kind, but the manager then informed me that the first shift had messed up orders all day long. I politely asked for a refund because I could not eat $60 worth of remade food by myself. She apologized and took my information down to send it up to her regional manger for me to receive a refund. She informed me it would take 7-10 business days for me to see my money again. Despite me being frustrated with the wait I still choose to be polite and wait for the refund because there are some people in this world that don’t even have that. Here we are over two weeks later and I have still not received a refund. I called the store multiple times and I have gone to the store multiple times ,and I am still out $60. Please do not waste your money, time, or patience with this ridiculous establishment!

The floor in the fry pit was greasy & not clean behind the counter. I almost walked out. The food was awful & the portion was mostly half fried French fries when I clearly asked for extra crispy. The soda was mostly fizz & flat flavor. Disgusting! I will never , ever eat there again. Bad experience, the cashier was short of chewing gum & twirling it on her finger. Tables were sticky. Just YUCK!!! I decided to take out & not eat in. I changed my soda 3times, it’s all a bad nose burp.

Saturday 8/26/23 at 6:30 pm I waited for over an hour to get my order. No one mentioned to any of us placing orders that there would be an hour wait. I got home and the chicken sandwich I ordered was missing. I went back with my receipt and they handed me a burnt chicken sandwich. I then asked for my money back. They asked me to bring back the wings and fries on the receipt or I couldn’t get refunded . It was all brought back or nothing. My family was already at home eating it! The. Manager did not care and told me he couldn’t refund a partial order. I then asked them to make me a new sandwich. A customer even said to them “just remake that sandwich. That chicken is burnt!” The person claiming to be the manager refused to reason with me. I told them I would call the police if they did not give me my money back! He got confrontational and yelled at me “go ahead call the police! Threw the burnt chicken sandwich in the garbage and told me he would not provide any services because I was causing a scene and that he would make me a new chicken sandwich if I asked nicely. I was humiliated in front of everyone in that restaurant. The tone this man used and the lack of customer service from everyone in that place nearly caused me to have a panic attack/ nervous breakdown. I called the local police station to ask for direction on what to do in order to get refunded. The police woman that answered the phone advised me to take them to court. Before I left I asked for the burnt chicken the manager threw in the garbage…. A couple of the workers refused to give it to me and after my third try I got it from another worker. I just needed the manager’s name and they all told me they did know his name. I left. I did video taped when they refused to give me the manager’s name. I eventually found out his name is TRAVIS. Wing Stop should be held accountable for what happened. See you in court Travis and Wingstop. Horrific experience.

Only eat here if you have 2 hours to spend on fast food. Ordered my food at 3:21 and didn’t get it till 4:34 and I could tell it was sitting for a minute because it was cold and soggy. This wing stop hires the absolute dumbest people. The attitude of some of the workers is deplorable. If they are that unhappy they should apply themselves and get a better job.

Wings were good, but the service sucked. My co-worker and I waited for 40 minutes to get our orders. He got his first and I had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes to get mine. When I got it, I saw that it had been sitting on the counter for a few minutes ready to go, but I had to wait for this lady that came after me (and had a larger order) to get her food first. Another gripe; they weren’t open long and 2 workers were coming back from lunch break by the time I got my food. What management let’s their employees take break at the start of the shift? I’ve done food service and remember that we didn’t have a break until after the lunch rush was over and we had everything cleaned up before the next rush was to be prepped. Also, they were out of cups and only gave me one container of ranch for my order. Never going back there again.

So unorganized. The dumpster next to the building outside made me think twice about even going in it. Just disgusting. Then when inside, there was so much grease on the floor, the guys working in there were sliding around like it was an ice rink. If this is normal the workmans comp claims must be nonstop. The people were super polite but kept going back and forth from the counter to get a name, go back and partially fill the bag, come back and ask the same name again, then back to the bags and wander around in circles, sliding across the floor, then come back and ask for the very same name again. Then I’m told they are out of celery. This was not mentioned on the phone when the order was placed and there was no offer to make that right at all. Not a showstopper but it would have been nice to know. They finally get me the order and when I get it home, it is short ten wings. Wingstop ownership needs to get involved here. Clean this place up and make it a safe place for your people to work. Get your processes straightened out and train people so that there is less chaos and better service delivery. Good spot with lots of potential if you can stop turning people off. Until then, I will find another wings place.
