The pizza is consistently good—I love the Classic Combo and the Taco Pie. If we add dessert, the cinnamon sticks are a must. I’ve never had a bad pizza from this location, and everything is always hot, fresh, and exactly what we ordered. Easy, dependable, and always satisfying.

Went with the mission of taco pizza. Got home and had a sausage and onion pizza and 1 taco sauce. Went back to get it corrected they put my lettuce tomato and cheese in a separate container and never even changed the pizza so when I got home it was ice cold. Always loved Godfather’s but probably won’t go back for a while. Very disappointed

I places order to have my pizza ready at 5:15. I get there and looking tho the window a bunch of workers standing around look at my receipt. The worker proceeded to tell me my order was not ready to pull up. I pull up and wait 10 minds. Employee comes out and tells me that they burnt one of my pizza and they are gonna make another one. She was gonna talk to her manager about discount on my order. I waited another 15 mins for my food to come out. It was brought to my car and when I got home two of my of my pizzas was burnt. The Dessert Oreo pizza was burnt and there was not one Oreo on my pizza. I paid 70 bucks for burnt pizza and not to have it ready at the time i picked when i place my order hours periously.. I will spend my money else where.

Was back in Lincoln from Austin Texas area, my wife is from Omaha I’m from Lincoln, she cannot find pizza to her liking…she didn’t get to make this trip so I HAD to bring her back Godfathers. Just got back to Texas, she ate one piece cold, best pizza ever is what she said !

The pizza was just ok. There was a weird taste to the sausage I couldn’t identify and the taco pizza looked sad. Usually pizza disappears at the office but this time there were pieces leftover we threw away. Not the quality I get from the Godfathers in other places. I had called the store to let them know I would meet the delivery person out front instead of making them find my office. The person answering the phone was coughing and hacking so much they could barely say hello. Didn’t sound healthy at all. Then they said they were the dough person. I hope this pizza doesn’t make everyone sick.

Any time you call this place, the workers have no idea what’s going on or how to do anything. It’s incredibly aggravating being told that no managers are ever there to give proper customer service. Even when you do speak to someone and you’re credited back a pizza, they “lose” that and you don’t get the pizza, no credit, so you’re out everything all over again. Since this location opened it’s been a downhill experience and it’s too bad this is the only location in this city. I used to get godfathers almost weekly but since they moved to this location any time I give them another chance it goes even more in the wrong direction. Really too bad.
