Update: Had a great experience 2 months ago, decided to go again. Got a different order because someone with the same name placed an order at the same time. The team immediately replaced my order and ensured I got the right items. Unfortunate coincidence, but they handled it with great customer service and understanding. Great location!
Ordered my food online around dinner time for pickup. They had it all ready and packed up for me when I got there, especially awesome since Wingstop had a BOGO promo going on. Order was correct with all wing flavors and sauces. Food was fresh and hot, overall delicious. Will definitely be returning to this location!

Thank you to the staff and manager, Keon, ar this location. Food service is hard work! And sometimes an order may not be exactly right.
Well, that happened to me this week. Ordered Wingstop late night and it arrived, but was not my order. I was hungry and upset! The next day I made my way to Wingstop ready to go to war.
I was greeted by the young man at the counter who immediately apologized and offered several options to make thkngs right. One option was to speak to a manager. I did. The manager spoke to me om his day off!! Making things right and ensuring me that “on his watch” he would do what was necessary to keep me as a customer.
Thank you again! In this economy and in this mean-spirited climate, it was good to feel like my local Wingstop employees care about their customers and the quality of their service and food. See you next time!

It was my first time ever. I had a good experience. I’m not sure if management changed, but the staff was pleasant, and the store was busy. I did order to-go tough.
Tried the Korean BBQ sauce tenders and voodoo fries. I thought the tenders were decent, but way too bready. However, that’s customary for the tenders here, so I understand. I’m not the biggest fan of cut potatoes. They don’t get crispy enough. I think they need to be soaked to remove starch and fried longer for a decent crisp. There was a good amount of sauce on them, but again, they were not crispy. The flavor was good though.

This is my first time ordering from Wingstop. We ordered for a football playoff party and the total of my order was $95. Including a 10% tip for the carryout staff. When we got home and unpacked all of the food, we were short 20 boneless wings. I ordered 50 altogether. I immediately called the restaurant and the manager told me there was nothing that she could do except if I wanted to bring all of the food back she would check the order. She said that’s all I can do is have you bring it back and check the order. The restaurant is 30 minutes from me. I had hungry people at my house so I was not going to rebar and bring all of the food back which she said she would not replace that food I brought back so I would be bringing back home food that I already brought home once and who wants two hour leftover food? I said if you will make the 20 wings I will drive the 30 minutes to pick them up because we were counting on having them. She said there was nothing she could do except offer me 15% off of my next order. I’m not sure in my 60+ years I have ever been as dis valued and treated so poorly as a customer than I was today. She kept saying she was following corporate’s guidelines. Shame on this restaurant! I would never recommend Wingstop to anyone.

Food was absolutely disgusting. A wasted $22. Order two 12 pieces only could stomach 1 of each order, Fries had enough salt to send you into cardiac arrest. Chicken had absolutely no taste, Garlic Parmesan wings had no garlic just sprinkled parmesan on some unseasoned chicken.

The food was absolutely terrible. the fries were soggy and in a pool of grease, everything was so salty, I couldn’t even eat it. My corn had so much seasoning i had to scrape it off! and i live 20 mins from this place, i was definitely disappointed when i got home.

My husband was craving some wings so we stopped and got some for takeout. We ordered the boneless wings combo (20 wings and large fries). We had 10 garlic Parmesan and 10 mild. We had had wingstop before so we didn’t check the bags. When we got home, we noticed the fries were almost burnt (they looked more like scrapes) and the mild wings were extremely crunchy (as if they were almost burnt as well). My husband couldn’t even finish them. Extremely dissatisfied.

The food we got here was phenomenal. We ate the two chicken sandwich meal (2 sandwiches, 2 dips, large fry and 2 refillable drinks) that was $17 after tax. The sandwiches were hot, flavorful, crispy chicken and premium buns. The fries were handcut and fresh. The ranch is a homemade style ranch, not a nasty pre-packaged ranch with weird flavor. Everything about the food was great. Here’s what gives this place problems: management. The employees were overwhelmed and exhausted by the job, and we ate here at 4 PM on a Saturday. There were 3 people working, 2 in the kitchen and 1 rover between the register and kitchen. They had trouble with the menu on the register and had trouble filling orders quickly because of the volume. No one was available to clean the eat-in tables, but the place still wasn’t too untidy. Wingstop needs to put better management in place here to help with staffing and workflow. Honestly, Undercover Boss needs to come help the employees. Don’t miss the extra parking in the back that’s easier to have more space in if you have a big vehicle.

Unless you want to clog your arteries, i would NOT recommend getting their fries. I think they had dumped the entire salt container on our fries before putting them in the bag. We had 2 orders of fries and both of them were the exact same way. I would rather eat at Hooters and that is saying something!
