This was my first time eating here after moving my daughter to WKU. My brother recommended this place.
My thoughts: food was good, very flavorful, servers could have been more attentive to us for water refills, the atmosphere was nice,clean and nice decor.
I feel the ladies on this day just weren’t friendly at all.

Wonderful food and staff Puerto Villarta Burrito was the perfect size and the chicken in it was delicious! The nachos Puerto Vallarta was tasty and filling. Moderate pricing. I enjoyed a couple mojitos that were refreshing and paired well with the sauce in my meal. The chips came with 2 dips one was hot and the other mild.

Went in during a weeknight dinner time. Food was okay. Service was slow and our waitress didn’t really come back to check on us. Other waiters passing by stopped to provide us with refills, etc. Portions were good for the price. Was an okay experience.

Advertised a buffet. Got there and was told it’s only on Saturday. Left, listened again, no mention about it only being Saturday. It is false advertising and very sketchy to get people in on lies, expecting that they will so, ok, and stay anyway. Don’t like deception. Won’t be back. Shame

I was so impressed by the service! Everything was timed perfectly and our refills on bar drinks and chips came right when we needed them. The staff who helped us were so friendly and I had an amazing time. I was a server for several years and recognize how much goes into doing the job well. 10/10 on everything and excellent food!!

Great all around place for good Mexican food. Nice atmosphere and polite staff. There are no shortages of Mexican faire in the Bowling Green area, and Puerto Vallarta is definitely one of my go-tos!
