I used to love Jimmy Johns. The price matched the product and the flavor was great. Just not the same anymore! The last few sandwiches I’ve received from this location have been mostly bread with the most pitiful amount of meat and toppings imaginable. Their prices just keep going up too, which is laughable for what you get. Go down the road and get some Jersey Mikes instead because they make a much better sandwich for the price. I’ll never go here again. If you’re craving a load of bread with a hint of toppings, then this is your place. If you want a sandwich with actual substance, look elsewhere.

A while ago, I went in and ordered a ham sandwich. Something simple. I wanted peppers on it. The guy told me they weren’t able to add peppers to the sandwich but could put them in a small container on the side. Now why in the world would I personally want to open up an already made sandwich to add peppers? They were still in the process of making it too. Not sure if this is some weird rule, but hopefully that changed by now. I went back here last night with some friends. The speaker was bad and we could barely figure out what the guy was saying. When we got our sandwiches we looked at them to ensure we got what we want because the employees said the names of them weird. Both sandwiches were super thin. Usually when I came here they were loaded with meat and veggies. This time it was about 25% of what I’ve received myself and what I’ve seen others receive. It was ok. Taste was not at all what I was hoping for. I never see any one eating inside. Or a long line. I like me some jersey mikes better. Very whack. Pricing is decent but I’d rather pay a few bucks more for an improved product.

Samuel is the BEST store manager I’ve ever encountered! He’s always so friendly despite this location being extremely busy! There needs to be more people like him out there working! Ashtyn is also the BEST! ❤️ They’re always so friendly every time I come in and are willing to make things right if need be! They need a raise and promotion!

Their service is horrible here! I’ve been to their drive through 3 times and every single time you wait 10-15 minutes just to place your order. When you don’t even have a car ahead of you. They always say it’s a shift change or the mic doesn’t work or weren’t aware that I was there. But oddly enough it happens every single time.

GROSS!!! I mean GROSS!!! I just bought 3 subs. Delivered. Worst sandwiches we have EVER had. Not edible. 1 slice of turkey on a turkey sandwich. Soggy, Tasteless, Garbage. Money and food wasted. Stay away from this place. It is SO BAD!!

Team does their best especially when working with a somewhat functional headset that picks up every noise around, miscommunication on orders, and unexpected rushes with what staff we have. This is a sandwich I had half of for lunch and the rest for dinner: #6, no toms, add easy onion and lettuce, add bacon. Thank you to the customers who understand and appreciate our service.

Idk if they actually employee drivers or just partner with a delivery app but it takes entirely too long to get a SANDWICH. Over an hour between my order and it getting here and I live right down the street.

It was okay.
Didn’t want dinner to be fast food like McDonald’s so decided to give JJ a shot since it was approaching 10pm their open till 11 unlike other sandwich shops.
Honestly won’t be back, I’ve stayed away for a while for a reason.
Just barely any meat or cheese on the sandwiches and for the price it just sucks.
It’s an okay sandwich don’t get me wrong just mostly getting a mouthful of lettuce drenched in oil. And no real meat taste.
I like the French bread too but paying for bread and lettuce isn’t a sandwich in my opinion.
Spent over $20 on 2 originals and a pickle with tip for 2 people and I’ll still be hungry after mine.
I’ll just stick to Jersey mikes where they ratio their sandwiches perfectly.
