Our experience today was unbelievable. We dined in, and I think that is key. I see a lot of complaints with people ordering on the app and experiencing timing issues, but we ordered in restaurant planning to eat there and the wings came out absolutely piping hot in about 12 minutes. The fries are also amazing, skin on and perfectly seasoned. The restaurant vibe is good and the bathrooms are up-to-date and clean. Be sure to order the sweet chili glaze!

I want to first start off saying this is the cleanliness location I’ve been to. I visited this location arou d 2:30pm and I ordered 10 piece boneless and fries. The grease that the food was cooked in was clean. You can tell buy the taste and the crispness of the fries.

Corn was not in closed container. Thrown in without being in closed container. Manager said that she couldn’t believe it was packed like that. Nothing else offered. I go there frequently so very disappointed.

We ordered our food through DoorDash, and after discussing with our deliverer, the issue was not on their part. First off, they said that drinks were not there, even though we ordered 2 sprites for our combo. Secondly, the fries are nothing like any other Wingstop locations fries, and are moreso like a knock-off version of them. My sisters fries were completely unseasoned, and my cajun fries were extremely light with seasoning; not the usual for Wingstop. The taste is about as good as bagged fries I have in my freezer. Wings are as tasty as ever (I got the hot honey and louisiana rub), so no problem there. If you want delicious wings, I usually recommend Wingstop, but this time around, those the wings were indeed delicious, everything else (drinks missing, fries being completely off) was just simply not it. I was thinking about giving this a 3 because of the great wings, but everything else simply dragged it down to a 2.

On December 18, 2025 I made an online order. My food wasn’t cooked well done and I wasn’t satisfied. I called the store they told me to bring the food back and they would reach out to the manager to refund my money since they couldn’t provide me a refund by gift card. It’s been almost 2 months still no refund to my card. I checked my bank statements nothing. I actually forgot about the refund but I was getting ready to order wingstop and I remembered. I called the store provided them with my order # and information. Was told they would reach out to the manger still nothing. I know things happen and people forget but since I took the time to bring the food back I deserve my refund before I make another order. Until then I’m not purchasing from this location, I’ll rather drive to Raleigh.

I ordered 2 can dine special for my daughter and I. We had mixed with hot honey and the lemon hot wings and lemon seasoned corn. 10/10 hands down! Salute to whomever cooked it. The food was very flavorful.

This particular location is not one I want to visit until the owner has had some time to get his staff up to date with customer service and display some desire to want continued patronage from its costumers. If there are issues, I would imagine one would want to try to work with the consumer on finding a solution rather than giving them the impression that they just have to figure out unanticipated setbacks on their own. I think this is even more so disappointing with the error being completely unrelated to the consumer.

I understand that businesses get busy, and I’m the first to say I’m happy to see a business thrive. I’m more than willing to be patient and wait my turn when things are hectic. That said, customer service is extremely important throughout that process. When
employees begin speaking to customers however they want, as if the customer is a burden for simply walking in or calling to place an order, that’s where the line has to be drawn.
Being busy is a good thing, but treating customers like they are an inconvenience is not. On top of that, the food quality has steadily declined over time, which I’ve tolerated because I genuinely love the wings. However, poor customer service combined with declining food quality becomes too much to overlook.

I don’t think they have ever gotten our order correctly. If the employees would pay more attention to quantities and flavors it would make a real difference. It makes sense why they have such a low review rating. And to even get them on the phone is a nightmare. I’ve waited on hold for an hour. No response no rectification. They need some accountability.

First I ordered my order for pick up at a scheduled time, once I got to the restaurant to pick up my order they said they had thrown it away because it sat there for 2 hours when I ordered it for a SPECIFIC time, meaning they had made my order way before scheduled pick up time. So I had to wait an extra 25 minutes for them to remake my whole order.. 2nd, I get home and I take a bite out of my food & I realized the chicken was completely raw. I am absolutely disgusted & will not be going to this restaurant again. I already reported this & I would also really appreciate if someone got in contact with me & give me a refund.
