Service gets backed up fast. If it’s close to peak hours, DO NOT order bone-in chicken; I did and waited close to an hour for my order to come out of the kitchen. Order boneless, during low traffic, and enjoy thier wide assortment of flavors in peace.

Gave me the wrong order. Ordered 50 boneless with different flavors and they gave me 50 bone in with no flavor. I reached out to the store and they offered me a $10 gift card. Told them to keep it because $10 is basically a coupon and won’t be enough to buy a meal.

When it first opened and a good year and a half later they were a solid spot. Food was good and the lobby was always maintained. Don’t know what has happened to it the past couple months. But all i see are short staffed Friday and Saturday nights and a messy lobby. Thankfully my order hasn’t been wrong here but I do ask for extra ranch whenever i pick up an order and some how manage to always get just once little container. Don’t know if management is what’s wrong with this location but could be a lot better.

My order was late, I didn’t get what i originally ordered, the drink machine was broken, there was food and trash all over the floor. Multiple people came in returning orders that were wrong, which made me have to wait even longer. And on top of all that there were two employees on their personal phones, making food for themselves before leaving work, while multiple customers were waiting an extended amount of time for their orders. Completely unacceptable, do better.

Ordered food online to be picked up at 5:30. We got there at 5:30 and they hadn’t even started on the order. 25 minutes later, causing us to be late for an appointment, we got our food. Order was incorrect, staff was rude, place was nasty, and zero apology for our inconvenience. I would fire everyone in this place immediately. If that is the best management can hire, I would close the doors!

I feel very bad for the workers In here at 9pm. Between the phone ringing, the line of people waiting for their food, and the online orders or whatever, there isn’t enough staff in here. Poor girl up front is trying to balance the best she can and there’s people up front so impatient they’re calling the cook from the back to help. Put more staff in here to help the workers you have and for people to get their food out at a decent time. How do you expect a restaurant that is open until midnight operate off of 2 people working? Do better.

This location (and pretty much all wing stop locations) is always extremely hit or miss, but tonight showed us that we will never be ordering from any wingstop ever again. We ordered food at 7:28 pm and my husband went to pick it up at 8:41. He sat there until 11:15 waiting for our food!!! He waited 1.5 hours and when the food finally came up half our order was missing, when he told them what was missing it took them another hour just to produce 5 chicken tenders and 2 sandwiches. He waited a total of 2 and a half hours. By the time he got home at 11:30 (4 hours after we originally ordered the food) the original food was completely soggy and inedible. Was told by the staff they couldn’t offer refunds unless we call the next day. This is the absolute worst experience either of us has had in the food industry. Bad quality food is one thing but completely wasting peoples time is unacceptable. Something is seriously wrong with this location. Because of this experience we will never be eating at any wingstop ever again. Seriously do NOT order here, completely not worth it.

Placed an order through door dash. When I received my food, quality of food was terrible. When taking a bite of my food I noticed my food was still very chewy and tender not fully cooked. An hour later I had food poisoning from the food I just had. If I could give it a 0 I could and the health department needs to get involved
