Honestly this restaurant is pathetic at best. I was nothing but polite and kind to the lady who was preparing my bowl and she returns it by barley putting any rice or chicken in it. But more than happy to charge me for double. I went home and took a picture right after opening it just to see how bad it was. Here are the pictures of what it looked like when I opened and receipt of what I was charged. You can’t even see rice on the bottom! This is the second time this has happened. Im sorry but I can go to a local authentic Mexican restaurant and keep 3x the chicken/rice plus queso for near 1/2 the price.

I am a Chipotle connoisseur, always have been. I enjoy a good bowl once a week or so. This location’s food is great, but the customer service could use some work. There is a specific worker that I have in mind. She has short hair, tattoos, and facial piercings. Every time I come to this location and am greeted by this person, she is nothing but rude. She lacks customer service skills, and is just not fit for the kind of job that requires a 3 minute interaction.

Dropped in @ 8:30pm to grab dinner. It was busy, but not overly so. Stood in line & got to the front & the service area where they fill the orders was very dirty & food was everywhere on the counter. Dried juices from beans, meat, & lettuce & cheese scattered. The sneeze barrier was really dirty. At that point, we thought about leaving, but went ahead & ordered. They were low on most of the ingredients to make the bowl. Really, really disappointed as we have eaten at many Chipotle restaurants across Texas. First time @ this one here in Fayetteville, AR. The bowls were decent & tasted good. The state of the restaurant, tho, was pretty bad. Food & trash on the floors & all of the tables had food & leftover napkins on them. We went to the restroom to get some wet paper towels to clean one of the tables so we could sit & eat. Lots of UofA kids coming in & leaving behind their messes instead of cleaning up after themselves. Anyway, surprised that a Chipotle would be in that condition. I really hate to leave a bad review, but this was quite bad.

UPDATE 5/4/23:
This location has dropped significantly in portions of food. My last pick-up mobile order in each bowl they barely put any chicken. The time before that they didn’t put any of the sides in. If I go to order a bowl at the counter and don’t use the mobile app they rarely have white rice therefore you’re forced to order on the app.
The taste is a least on par with other locations but that’s where the Chipotle experience declines. Online orders are always 10-13 minutes late. Order well ahead if you don’t want to wait. The chicken portions are never the amount I get at other locations and it’s quite sad. Thankfully it’s clean inside and the staff is nice.

My quesadilla was very small with little chicken in it. The fajita veggies were on the side, rather than in the quesadilla as ordered, and I was given white rice instead of brown. When I asked for these issues to be corrected, I was told they were out. I would like chipotle to stop fulfilling online orders incorrectly and contact the customer when items are out. It’s frustrating and has been occurring more, recently. I have begun seeking other food options whenever possible. Chipotle used to be a staple for me and is now an option I avoid due to small portions, items made incorrectly (no special requests are even being made), and items being substituted without consulting or informing me.

I ate here. It was ok. They used many very many tortillas. How. I put lots of toppings. My burrito cost 33 dollars. How. Burnt my tongue going in burnt my buns doing out. Yeowch. Skip the red sauce.

Alex, working the pickup order queue, was busting his behind to provide excellent service when I visited. He is diligent, hardworking, and attentive to detail. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I went in to place a to-go order, and while selecting my vegetables and approaching the checkout counter, I noticed a cockroach on the stainless steel surface at the register. As soon as the employee noticed it, he quickly brushed it off the counter, and it flew into the kitchen area.
I’ve always had concerns about the cleanliness of this location, and this confirmed them. The experience was extremely unsanitary and disappointing. I will not be returning to this Chipotle location, and after this incident, I don’t feel comfortable returning to Chipotle at all. I do not recommend this location.

Very busy which is not a flaw in my opinion but I had to show the prep person that the person in front of me was getting a regular portion where mine was minimal until I said something. The lack of consistency is a bit odd to me but it wasn’t a bad experience.

I don’t eat at Chipotle very often, but this location is great. Very generous portions as you’d expect and staff is pretty friendly. Also like you’d expect, it’s on the expensive side.
I got the bowl with steak and some of the regular items and it was good. I also got the chips and cheese dip and I really enjoyed that.
All around, good place to grab some food but wouldn’t come here too often for my wallet’s sake.
