This was some of the worst food I have ever had getting takeout the wings tasted just like grease and looked awful. The tenders felt fake and rubbery. The teriyaki sauce was like water. The ranch that comes with your meal tasted expired. I got Parmesan garlic tots and they were completely burnt and not worth eating. My buddy that ate with me his food was the exact same and we waited 20m to get our food. Will never come back here again 18$ down the drain . If you are looking for a amazing wing place look up Shakers Public House in Columbus no one can beat there wings.

I used to order here every week. I don’t know if they are using a different food supplier but the chicken, fries and sauces do not taste the same at all. They taste like there are chemicals in the food. A bummer because it was my go to. I tok some time off from eating there and thought I would try again and it was not the same as a few years ago. Bummed. And so expensive now too. Went from $13 for the same order now to $23!!!

It really depends on who is working. The short white female manager is great. However, the black female manager is a mess and didn’t even acknowledge us, and we left after 15 minutes. She seemed to be only worried about doordash orders.

I DoorDash for a living currently because I fell on some hard times and I went in to pick up an order for a second time that day and had never tried the chicken from there. Now, I don’t even have Raising Canes or Popeyes where I live but I love chicken and have tried them before, I had believed Popeyes to be the best but once I bit into their lemon pepper tenders I realized I was wrong and had been missing out on the best chicken I have ever tasted. The flavoring was there, it was just crunchy enough to give you that crunch as you bit in but then melt in your mouth as you chewed the tender and savory chicken. 10/10 would and will eat there again. I’m making it a point to bring my family in!

We used to order our wings from here all the time and the food and delivery service was excellent… That was then, this is now…. It started last year when we placed a delivery order and the food took over an hour to arrive, mind you, we live .5 Mike from there, showed up cold and the yet was wrong. The manager at the time made it right by sending our order to us again and the food was hot…. Decided we weren’t going to order from them ever again… Until today, we decided to see if they had returned to the place we used to love as far as their food and delivery. We ordered 4 grilled chicken wings with honey BBQ dipping sauce and a side of ranch, 6 regular wings and garlic parmesan tots…. After 50 minutes I called the store, now remember we’re a half a mile from them, the guy that answered said the order was out for delivery and would be there in 10 minutes…I think he forgot about the tracker, because after I hung up with him, the chicken popped up on my phone and the order was still at the store, so I’m thinking atleast it won’t be cold….WRONG! Followed the driver on the app, he went the wrong direction or if their parking lot, did a u turn, got to my street and turned down a crossroad 2 houses down from me, he must of had to turn around again because he was back up to the main road ( I live on a main road in UA) and barely pulled into our driveway, gave us our food… Get inside and open up the bag, totally muffed up the order! Instead of grilled wings, I got breaded, regular tater tots- not garlic parmesan as ordered, and no ranch dressing…. Wings were luke warm at best and the tots? Totally cold and disgusting! So that’s my second chance $34 order from this place that we’ll never ever ever order from again… Fool me once, fool me twice, but NEVER again…. Just so disappointing because they were our go to wings place, not anymore! Oh, and I will be sharing my experience on other social platforms because folks need to be aware that they don’t care anymore…..

I would give 0 stars if I could. this place is nasty in and out. the chicken in NOT fresh and the conditions they work in is against health code in so many ways. I saw one of the workers sucking on his fingers as he was making a delivery. please do not eat here, it will make you sick.

Literally haven’t ordered from here in over a year for the same reason… I ordered, it’s been two hours, I can’t get in contact with anyone, and I’m hungry. This used to be one of my favorite wing spots but this is annoying!! Hopefully they still come, but AGAIN it’s been two hours and I can’t get in contact with ANYONE!!
