I’ve got to be honest, you could look at the pictures yourself. The food is very very underwhelming. It literally has NO APPEAL HARDLY ANY FLAVOR, OR seasoning one then scrappy piece of lettuce. A blocky slice of tomato.
IMY SANDWICH WAS EXTREMELY DRY, ALMOST TO THE POINT. IT WAS HARD TO SWALLOW…….. and the sad part is they had to remake the sandwich twice because the first time I asked you to be toasted with extra onions….
And then I had to go back literally a third time because I ordered a side of fresh fruit and the fresh fruit looked like a week old selection. And I asked the manager and he said, well all he had to say was fresh fruit is hard to get in December. ♀️
It was kind of gross.
And I couldn’t eat mushed up fresh fruit that really only consisted of grapes. So then I went with their sweet yogurt grape thing that had nuts or something and that is just too much.
I have to be honest, and I always want to be fair. I think for what they’re giving us. It’s highly overpriced. It’s very bland with no flavor. And this is based off of my experience and of course, all I can say is I wish them the best of success. The atmosphere while colorful and very chic… really is not a good restaurant option.

I heard this business is offering “pay what you can” meals for government employees that are going unpaid right now so I went to go try it. That’s a cause I can really get behind, unfortunately I wish the food itself had been better than what I got. For my taste, the food was very bland and what I think I would see at an assisted living facility. I got a Chicken Salad BLT meal with the Lemon Basil chicken salad and a buttercream flower cookie. The sandwich was chicken salad and bacon. I really wanted to like it but it’s very underwhelming. Anemic. The place was busy with elderly women mostly, so that is the demographic they appeal to. I love the idea but I won’t be back, sadly.

I cannot believe I haven’t been here sooner! Cute seating inside, convenient grab and go containers set-up. Wonderful selection of different chicken salads. Very friendly and they offered us to be able to sample any of the salads. I got the jalapeno and it was fantastic! I tried another one and that was also delicious. I also happened to be very lucky and went on customer appreciation day so I got a free scoop of their classic to-go, I’m eating it for lunch the next day and it is fantastic! I’ll definitely be stopping in again soon to try more yummy options.

I love this place soooooo much!!!! The chicken salad is absolutely delicious, and so are the soups! The staff is so friendly and kind!! They are also a wonderful place who helps out the community! I feel good supporting them knowing that they have been there to support those in need.
I only have one complaint….. PLEASE open a location downtown!!!! It’s so far to drive, and I would eat here all of the time if it were closer!!!! We need a great healthy lunch spot that is centrally located.

The food was absolutely exceptional. Well presented. As well as, the flavors were exploding. The buffalo chicken salad BLT was a perfect mayo buffalo blend to not burn the mouth but still give it flavor. The grape salad?! Impeccable. The inside has a very warm home town feel to it.

Pros: Booth seating, flowers at the table, tasteful decorations, nice selection of various chicken salads–my favorite was the cranberry almond one
Cons: The macaroni and cheese tasted like a Velveeta sauce over noodles. Very bland. To make matters worse, it was grossy over-priced. A side of mac and cheese was $3.99, but because my whole family was going to sample it, i bought a large bowl. To my shock, the large bowl was less than three inches high. The top of the container was four inches in diameter at the top and three inches in diameter at the bottom. It was not filled to the top. Most egregious, was that i was charged $15.99 for one little bowl of mac and cheese!!! I asked, “Does anything come with this?” The answer was, no. If you want a good “homemade-tasting” mac and cheese, go to Chick-fil-A.

Chicken Salad Chick delivered one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Brittani and Ronnie were absolutely amazing—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making the entire visit feel effortless and inviting. The food was fresh, flavorful, and honestly envy-worthy; you can tell they care about quality in every bite. Highly recommend this location for both the service and the incredible meals.

Just enjoyed a delicious serving of Fancy Nancy chicken salad with cubed Fiji apples, green grapes and pecans. So many of my favorite things, served on Romaine lettuce.
Service is friendly and efficient. The decor is tasteful with a country kitchen vibe.

I went in today, hungry for some lunch. I paid in cash and my change back was one cent. I figured this store was like many others, having a penny shortage. I said “you can keep the penny if you dont have any”. The cashier said ” oh look guys, we got a big tip, one cent!!” In a very snarky way. I wasnt meaning to leave it as a tip , but a courtesy if they didnt have any. I should have asked if cashiers make server wages (which is below minimum wage) and if I was supposed to tip. As a server myself, I know when it is appropriate to tip and not. Guess i will make my own chicken salad from now on.

It’s a little expensive for everyday lunch. Well, once in a while with a friend wife a girlfriend. Yes, it’s different and it’s good, and the atmospher’s knives. I do recommend it. It’s one of the better lunches. I had an wow and I do recommend it. It’s very laid back very easy. I do recommend looking at the menu before you go. In order, it’s quite extensive. Especially if you haven’t been there before/ don’t get the mac and cheese not that good clump together
