This place is phenomenal! Wings and fries are delicious! My son and I loved it. We were here for the first time a few days ago. Staff is friendly. I will say that you cannot come here in a hurry because the food does take a while to be served but the manager (or owner) came over to us and told us that all is cooked fresh, made to order! Who doesn’t want fresh, crispy, piping hot, cooked to order food? I sure do and will gladly wait for it! This place is a definite go!

I’ve been here a few times. The wings are ok. The last and final time visiting was when management asked for payment in advance because I sat outside. The request occurred after 3 visits, of which, each time I sat outside. I’m sure they have their reasons and it’s all good. Just be aware when choosing to sit outside, that you will be suspected of walking out without paying, even if only ordering food!

Place is empty maybe 5 people at the bar area. Waitress said about 15 minutes for my take out order. I waited for 30 jus to be told that kitchen has not even started on it. I am here few days a week for lunch. I newer had issue with food it’s always the wait time and the cleanliness of the place. Floors are filthy waiting are is even worst, the bench had so much crumbs and dirt that you have to wipe it first before you can sit down. I can only imagine how the kitchen looks like and thats very scary.

Kayla was awesome. First time in Tampa and first time at Ker’s. Kayla did an amazing job and made me and my brother feel at home. Food is fantastic try the jerk chicken wings. They are awesome. Will definitely come back and visit when I’m back in town. Hopefully Kayla is still here.

Came with my brother. It was his first time in Tampa. We wanted wings so we decided to check out Wing House. I had the Jerk Chicken and Honey Hot wings. Honey hot was good, but the Jerk sauce was excellent. Our server was Kayla. She was very friendly and attentive. Kayla was also very knowledgeable about the menu and was the one that recommended the Jerk sauce. I highly recommend asking for Kayla as your server.

Had lunch at this location today. Our server, Victoria took our drink order and after we got our drinks she disappeared. Another server took our food order. It came out fairly quickly and was hot. However, it seems the food including the wings did not taste as good as before. Victoria only checked on us once. She kept disappearing. It was not very busy either. Better management is needed here.

Me and my 3 buddies pull up at your restaurant after a morning of mini bike riding to have lunch. We walk in and are seated immediately which was great, the server comes over takes our orders and brings back our drinks. Well after waiting our food arrives in a timely manner, but here is where the issue arrives. While I’m eating a fry a roach runs across the table and onto the roll of paper towels. My friends and I are in shock. I’m trying to get my server’s attention but am unable to do so so I take the paper towels with the roach on it to them. She says she’ll send the manager right over so I go back to our table and wait. 15 minutes go by still no manager. Me and the group I’m with all notice the server speaking with two other people and they are watching us and talking , one of the persons then walks right past us and into the bathroom them comes out 2 seconds later walks pasts us back to the server and the other person then comes over to our table with an attitude asking us how can she help us, as if she doesn’t already know what has taken place. Then she proceeds to ask who saw the roach and if we had separate bills as if that would make a difference. She then asked me what I would like for her to do in response I asked her what does she feel she needs to do to make our dinning experience at there establishment better she told me she would give me a 15% discount on my food only. Wow. I think I might need to make a few phone calls.
