It has been a long time since I’ve been to this WingHouse. It wasn’t very full while we were there. The food was good. It had been a long time since I had bone in wings. My son really enjoyed the pizza.

I ordered wings to go with mild buffalo sauce. When I got home it was clear the sauce was wrong. It was the hot honey sauce. I called and they told me the order was correct and the sauce I was given was their mild buffalo sauce. I have had Winghouse wings for decades and this sauce was wrong. I sent an email to the GM with the video attached in this review. He reviewed this video and called me to say that is their mild buffalo sauce and the order was right. Anyone reading this review can look at the video and make their own determination.

It is clear there is a top down culture issue with this specific Winghouse location. Bad customer service and poor quality is allowed from ownership.
Looking at public health inspection records, this location did not pass the 9/26/2025 inspection and needed a follow up on 9/30/2025.
On the 9/26/2025 inspection report there were 3 high priority violations, 4 intermediate violations, 4 basic violations.

Wings and a salad—yes, i said wings and a salad both were fantastic. The wings were flavorful and juicy, and the salad stayed crisp and fresh. Service was great, even as closing time approached—friendly and efficient. Highly recommend; I’ll be back.

I came around 1pm to have 5 wings and a beer, the waitress that served me didn’t follow what I ordered, came back to me with this wrong order, plus she saying she was busy only 5 people in the bar, it took over 45 minutes to get still what I haven’t ordered. Customer service is important plus when dealing with food. Worst place to hang out to have wings and nice cold . I left around 2: 45 pm. Is not acceptable to have employee plus the other woman dress in black talking to a person that possible friend just seeing my concern.

Was disappointed in the attire of the wait staff. If I wanted to see cheap lingerie would have just went to a strip club. Had a 3 year old with us and was told the Kraft mac n Cheese on the kids menu was in fact not craft and just had the spicy. So we ordered a grilled cheese and was told it’s not a real grill cheese. Wings were ok. Won’t be back

My husband and I went to this wing house and sat at the bar, we were greeted almost immediately by the bartender Rayni, she was very polite and friendly, our service was immaculate. We ordered Wings to share and some beers, food was great, flavor was good and decently priced. Overall we will definitely be coming back to visit Rayni again.

When we arrived, we went straight to the bar and sat down with ease. The bartender was kind and took our order immediately. My husband and I ordered wings and drinks. My only complaint would be that the bartender had her hair down. Her hair was extremely long and that could get in the way of serving patrons’ food and beverages. For sanitary reasons, I wish her hair could’ve been up in a bun. Also, we saw a gnat flying around at the bar. Because it was only one, I didn’t make a stink about it. Overall, 8 out of 10.
