The one in Boulder is good! One menu item could easily be made at home in a few minutes, and the cost would pay for 5 worth of ingredients at the grocery story. The prices are high. The employees probably aren’t getting paid more, so the profit increase goes right to the owners pockets.

This is a 100% glorified health/wellness overpriced trap. Things are not cooked as fresh as they appear. The later you come the lower quality food you’ll get. Staff is pleasant and friendly but the food quality is worth WAY below the arm and a leg that they are charging. This is no different than modern market, tasty harmony or anyone else who can make a vegan bowl properly at half of the price. Very pretentious spot and unless you got cash to blow on overprice salads.. (that’s coming from a vegan) you are better off cooking at home or visiting the Whole Foods salad bar or Stick to crispin greens down the street. If you are going to charge college kids what little money they have, produce higher quality food or else you won’t be here more than a year.

This place has amazing potential however fell short when my husband and I had to wait 40 minutes for a dish that was served cold (should have been warm). We could have gone to the store and cooked ourselves for the time spent waiting- let alone to pay $40 for two dishes. The staff were not well trained and lacked all communication skills. Sorely disappointed. I have attempted to call the manager about this experience however there are no numbers listed.
