Went to the Drive Through at 7:30 pm last night and they have a bright sign that says OPEN. The girl says to me while I pull up to the drive through. “We’re not taking orders right now.” No reason to it at all. That’s just all she said to me. Pretty sure that’s not how you run a business.

This has to be the worst White Castle in IL. I’ve gone to this location 3 times and not once have I made it through the drive-thru in less than 15 minutes. Seriously, I waited over half an hour the last time I went and there were only a few cars in front of me (that seemed to have reasonable orders). I’m not sure what is going on at this location, but I won’t be going back here.

This was the slowest place ever. You tell them what you want from the menu and they don’t get it right. Then you pull up to the pay window and you have to wait 3 to 5 minutes to get your food and then they forget to give you your complete order like your drink. Shameful the kids need to stay in school and stop trying to move out in this adult world so fast. They can get a lot better and go a lot further in life if they do.

The burgers were very dry and cold. I asked for them to make sure I had extra pickle twice even asking for a small amount of pickles in a cup which they gave me 6 for ten!!! burgers cause there was not one pickle on any of the burgers. The young lady at the window was very pleasant though.

White Castle wasn’t busy during my trip. However, there was a long wait was for my drive-thru order. So, imagine my surprise when I finally received my food only to discover that the order was incorrect. After 15 minutes of waiting I was finally given the correct food with cold fries.

I got a Bacon, egg and cheese Belgian waffle. The waffle is nice and toasted just right so that it is soft, crunchy, crumbly and sweet when you bit into it. The sweetness is countered balanced by the yummy bacon. The melted cheese makes it delicious in between the waffle and the egg. Is this my new favorite breakfast sandwich?

I visited this location at 4:45 am prior to my weekly medical treatment to get breakfast. I was the only customer in the drive thru. I ordered two breakfast toast sandwiches. I was told by the order taker that it would take 10 to 15 minutes for my order to be prepared. This was totally unacceptable. What makes this matter worse is when I called to complain about this, the person that answered the phone, misrepresented herself as a manager, and supported the actions of the previous staff. I have managed several restaurants in my adult life and I would never treat a customer in this manner.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Waited almost 45 minutes in the drive thru when there was only one person ahead of us. Finally just went in and got a refund. Didn’t even get an apology for the horrible service. It was obvious none of the employees cared about anything. Why is this location even still open?

They took about 20 minutes to tell us they were out of sloppy joes, then took another 20 minutes to get our order ready. It was horrible. The girl working was very sweet. But they had no idea what they were doing from what I could tell.

I’m so sick of spending my money on inferior products and unfortunately this is NOT the first time they’ve disappointed me! Just don’t feel my job as the consumer is to have to watch employees assemble my burgers as requested-with everything! Not only were all but two of my crave case missing pickles, but there was no sauce on any of them! Gave you the star just because at least those dry things were hot!
