We are a Mobile BBQ Food Trailer. We don’t have set hours or a set location as we are Mobile, but we are available to set up at your location. Follow us on Facebook for our current schedule. Our Specialty is Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Baby Back Ribs. All slow smoked to enhance flavor. We offer homemade BBQ Sauces and Fresh Homemade sides to compliment our meat products. We can offer Bulk meat sales by the pound as well. Additionally, we can set up at your office location, business location or we can cater your next event.

This food truck is beyond amazing. Troy, Lori, and the staff are so clean, kind and extremely generous! I called them because we have a dietary restriction in our family. They were more then accommodating and took care of our needs. And let me tell you the food is OUTSTANDING!!!! The portions are generous and everything that we had was delicious! I can’t give them enough stars! Thank you What’s Smokin for a wonderful lunch. We will definitely be back!

Just enjoyed dinner from their food truck in our neighborhood. The food was absolutely delicious! My husband and I shared the plate of nachos with cole slaw. A yummy and generous serving. I had the chicken quesadilla, which was amazing. My husband had the brisket burger, which he thoroughly enjoyed. The burger was huge! Both meals came with homemade chips, also yummy. Highly recommend this food truck.
