Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I had such a good experience at Whataburger! The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. The burger was juicy, the fries were perfectly crispy, and everything tasted so good and flavorful. You can really tell they take their time making the food right instead of just rushing it out.
The customer service was just as good as the food. The workers were super polite, patient, and had really positive attitudes. They made me feel welcomed and made sure my order was correct. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere too. Overall, I would definitely recommend Whataburger to anyone who wants good quality food and great treatment. The atmosphere was really comfortable and welcoming. The restaurant was clean, the tables were wiped down, and everything looked well taken care of. It had a relaxed vibe where you could sit down and actually enjoy your food without feeling rushed. The lighting was nice, not too bright or too dark, and it just felt like a chill place to hang out with friends or family. Overall, the environment made the whole experience even better. I’ll for sure be going back!

Looks to be a new Whataburger location. Ordered 3 combos. Hair was found between fries. I brought it to the attention of the cashier. The cashier then told the manager “Yandis”, about the issue. The manager did not come talk to me originally. I asked to speak with the manager. She came forward with loose hair in a net and advised she was working fries. The manager denied accountability and brushed me off as iit were no big deal. Horrible customer service all the way through management. The burgers were not the same quality you expect from your regular whataburger. Cold cheese and buns. Avoid this location.

Tried to order at drive up around 4:30 pm, gentlemen could not get order correct repeated myself 3 times. Skipped the drive up and went inside to order and address issue with management. Placed order with cashier inside who was professional, and asked to speak with manager. I inform the manager (Marisol) of the issues at the speaker and she says it’s the individuals first day. I asked why would you put someone on their first day in the most busy part of the establishment, you’re setting them up for failure. She roles her eyes at me and in an aggressive manner says it’s his first day and you have to deal with it. Again I tried to address the issue with the manager but the response this time was, you can call corporate if you want. I watch 5 individuals come in while I’m eating and inform the cashier their order is wrong from the window. I called corporate and address the issue with them. Careful if you come to this establishment because you will not get good customer service. If management does not have it, obviously the workers won’t either.

Put an online order here literally an hour ago. The app said it would be ready in 10-15 mins. Waited in drive through at designated time for 30 mins. went inside instead and order wasn’t ready, finally received it only for my order to miss my onion rings and forgot the extras I paid for. The cashier was cool, I just did not like the service I received.

We were up in that area 20 minutes from home ordered our food got home order was completely wrong got a dry burger with no cheese with all the fixings I ordered a hatch green chili double waited 10 minutes for a order that was wrong. Horrible service.

We didn’t have a horrible experience, but it wasn’t great. Two of our four orders came out wrong, we weren’t given our extra apple slices that we paid for and the trash cans were full and covered in soda. The tables and bathrooms were clean and the salad tasted great.

I spoke with melody. She said she was the manager. I dont believe she is because she has a very very bad attitude. She gave me very old meat and when I told her, she said there’s nothing we can do. Geat job melody! Keep serving old meat to everyone!

Ordered an Apple cranberry salad with grilled chicken & added bacon… they didn’t give me my chicken or bacon it was still good but cmon… do better whataburger… I’ve worked in fast food in front of house and back of house.. how hard is it to follow the directions of an order which are displayed on a screen right in front of you… why aren’t the MANAGERS ensuring employees are PROPERLY TRAINED? So sad this location is new so you’d expect it to be up to par.
