Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Visited this location as the one on Nolana n Mcoll did not have a working shake machine. Ordered the banana pudding shake and it was fantastic! If you’re a fan of banana pudding, I have no doubt you will enjoy it. The service was quick and the craving was satisfied. I would recommend you visit this location.

Im giving my review based on my recent experience on Aug 2023.. Im sure things might change but so far my review is not that good because the last 3 visits i had they did not make my burger the way i wanted even though i mention it several times to make it clear.. they did not gave me any ketchup nor napkins even telling them before paying.. i did not want to go back an waste my time and energy cause manager there is rude and has bad customer service.. i tried it once and she was not so friendly so i prefer not calling back nor going and decided just not go there..

I stopped by at 11 PM after work and was hoping for the same delicious whataburger I’ve had at other ones, but as soon as we drove up to the drive-thru, the employee was very rude when taking our order. Once we got to the window, it took them forever to get to us even though there was nobody inside and nobody else in the drive-thru. They then had me pull up away from the window and when they finally came out, they gave us multiple things wrong.. But I was just too tired and didn’t want to deal with that employee again so we drove away very unsatisfied. The taste wasn’t even the same as other whataburgers. It just wasn’t a good experience.

The cheeseburger I got was amazing! It was definitely the best fast food I’ve ever had In my life. I love the way they built the burger and their colors. The only bad part was the wait. It took forever in the drive thru to get our burger. They also had the burger ready when we got up their but held it for about 5 minutes looking for 83 cents in change. But the burger was definitely worth the wait. You guys also have a ton of variety and a ton of flavor! You employees were nice and vibrant. Keep doing you!

Very bad service! My mom went to go pick up a curbside order and they took forever, she called and asked what was the hold up ( being the ONLY CURBSIDE Customer waiting ) and they told her not yet, still 2 more minutes. Later the gentleman went to give her her order and no condiments were given to her, no milk and sugar for the coffee she ordered. ( she works so she wasn’t going to have access to that stuff at work ) so she told the gentleman for the condiments and he was taking his sweet time so my mom decided to get off. When she went inside a guy in the back was saying “ I worked for chick fila and the customer weren’t ojetes on curbside like here “ who says that. Very rude, talking loud of customers WHEN ALL MY MOM DID WAS CALL AND ASK FOR HER ORDER!!!!

It was one of the better Whataburger is that I went to they were polite the manager had to go do something here to stop taking our order but immediately a lady took over from drive-thru they spoke very clearly make sure everything looks like I’m I can’t remember their at this time whatever manager was there and whoever’s working drive-through you should have on record I always order the triple stack with jalapeno the two layers yum yum the food was awesome like always

I ordered a salad that should have apples on it and when I informed the manager she told me they didn’t have apples. I didn’t make it a big deal or anything but come on don’t make my order without the correct ingredients, ask me before my order is made if I’m okay with it.

Grilled Chicken sandwich was delicious. There is a problem with the Whataburger website. I was charged 2 times. Once through PayPal and another time through debit card. The charge never went through, then on my bank statement I now have 2 charges for the same amount. The food was delicious.
