OK first thing our server was Madison. True Southern hospitality at its finest. Jason carried the food out. Hospitality all thru this young man. I had a new dish. biscuit Bengy the hashbrown casserole is a must.. Sister had the fried chicken it was good. Mac and cheese is 5 star for real. They had a gift shop. So I shopped. lol Favorite part.. PRICES and they are fair..I mean lol the delicious yummy smell will knock you down. the yummy goodness of thier food will bring you back.. Yep I’d go back.. My first time. The service was everything. They treated me like long lost family returning home.. Felt great..

Stopped in for a late breakfast. Everything was delicious. Though they were super busy, the service was amazing. Destin provided excellent service and checked on us every time she went by. Other servers asked if we wanted refills and checked on us also. There’s a great team at this location and they made their job look easy when it was a hopping Sunday brunch crowd.

Had a very nice breakfast here. The last time I frequented a Cracker Barrel was not very good and I was hesitant to try this one. I’m glad I did, the waitress was friendly and on point, the food was good and ready quickly and the atmosphere was what Cracker Barrel is supposed to be. This store restored my faith in the Cracker Barrel brand!

The waiters at the Interstate 65 CB location are some of the best I’ve seen anywhere. Even with the restaurant nearly full, our waiter was extremely conscientious, always had a positive attitude, and went out of her way to accommodate ours and other guests’ requests. Other waiters were just as helpful, and it was so neat to see the way they worked together to help each other out and make sure all the orders were correct. Keeping that many demanding costumers happy and maintaining a cheerful demeanor is far from easy, but they made it look effortless.

Well, I’ve either been eating at the wrong Cracker Barrel locations, ordering the wrong menu items, OR the Crackers Barrels in Mobile, Alabama really are next level. Joy J was a delight! She was so sweet and really went above and beyond to ensure my to-go order was exact. Everything was cooked and plated perfectly. Thank you for another delicious breakfast!

My husband and my two young boys and I dined in at this location and it was their first time ever going to a cracker barrel, they loved it! We had a great experience! The servers were very polite and they did a great job making sure we had everything we needed! Our food came out quickly and it was all exactly as we ordered, it all tasted amazing! We will definitely be visiting this location again many times in the future!!

Was seated quickly, drink order was promptly taken and delivered. The waitress did a great job She was there when we needed her kept her glasses topped off. I suggest you try the maple bacon chicken if you’ve never had it very tasty. I really like their unsweet tea.
