Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Food was okay. Had 4 people order and all of it was a mess. We did catch them at 3 in the morning and they were unprepared. There was some police in the parking lot that had them pretty distracted as well. May be good on anywhere time, just had a bad experience.

The burger I received was disappointingly dirty, and to my shock, I discovered a cricket leg in my meal. The lack of hygiene and the unexpected addition to my food left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The fries, although seemingly unaffected, couldn’t salvage the overall negative impression this meal left me with. I hope the establishment takes measures to ensure the cleanliness and quality of their offerings in the future.

We stopped to eat her as we were traveling through town and headed back home in Arkansas. We love Whataburger and were not disappointed. The employees were nice, the prices were better than most places, the restaurant was clean and the food was so good! Stopped by for breakfast. Food was good, warm and tasty. Service was bad, cold and horrible. Staff acted as if it was an inconvenience to have to serve you. Lady taking orders was rude and downright hateful. They actually gave my order to the wrong person. He returned it after opening it and complained about it being wrong. They did make us a new order.

Facility needs to get some direction going with employees. Tried to bring the wrong out to multiple vehicles in the drive thru waiting for orders. And then just left us sitting out there for a good period of time waiting for our order.

I went there yesterday and got sick. When drinking the Dr. Pepper, my mouth started to burn. Then my stomach started to cramp really bad. I dumped the DP out in the sink and there were bits of mold in my drink. Legit chunks of mold!!!!

On my visit in Wichita falls I stop at this location, customer service not great, time on getting my order was ridiculous since I ordered only ordered Whataburger Jr and I was asked to park upfront to wait on my order. Quality of the food, was horrible, I hope the pictures I attached to the review show so you can see, it seems I ordered a veggie burger.
