Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I’ve never left a review for fast food. This location Whataburger had employees who were in a good mood and all smiling and getting along and enjoying each other and their jobs. Everyone was busy either serving customers or emptying the trash cans and sweeping and mopping floors etc. No one was standing around and the atmosphere was upbeat…seemed like a fun place! The food was good, too! The manager on duty even asked if I’d like a to go bag for my leftover burger .

Went through drive through to get a To go order. SPECIFICALLY ordered fries with NO SALT. The fries that were received were NOT fresh but hot. These fries were re dipped!
We threw them away!
My big issue..did someone think we wouldn’t notice??!

I tried the avocado bacon burger for the 1st time. It was AMAZING! Freshly made and hot. A little heavy on the onions but I picked out what I didn’t want and continued on! The staff was very friendly and efficient and we received our food in no time!

Wichita Falls, TX has three locations in this small-ish town. This location at McNeil and hwy 277 is quite busy. The lunch rush begins early. Today, was no exception. The parking lot and drive-thru were full.
The inside dining area has plenty of seating for a crowd of people. It was clean and tidy.
The drink area was fully stocked and clean. The drink bar is quite a small making difficult to maneuver. The drink bar location is near the employee entrance and exit for the kitchen and register area.
Our burgers were hot, made fresh, and exactly as ordered. Delicious. Usually, this location is fairly accurate in order filling. One of my burger meals I ordered onion rings but the order was filled with french fries instead, which was a bummer after arriving home and noticing their mistake. It was my fault for not checking before leaving the restaurant. I went inside to order because the drive thru was long.
The employees are kind and courteous, and the food is prepared rather quickly.

Tyler is a very well mannered young man customer service was on point cleaned areas he noticed needed cleaning while still doing other duties he also was conversing saying he was in college please whatever he decides to do in life while he is working for this company please continue to uplift and embrace College fund a raise something it will be well deserved he’s a great young man kudos to his family you all done great

I visit this location once or twice a month when I’m in town visiting family. The meals never disappoint and are always made to order! Perfect fries! Excellent service with lots of staff and fast, fast, fast!

The food here is fantastic! I tried the regular Whataburger and it was wonderful. I would highly recommend choosing this location if you are hungry. The cashier and the manager where also helpful and friendly.

Food was okay. Had 4 people order and all of it was a mess. We did catch them at 3 in the morning and they were unprepared. There was some police in the parking lot that had them pretty distracted as well. May be good on anywhere time, just had a bad experience.

Terrible service. There have been several times that I’ve waited over 20 minutes for a curbside order. I’ll have to call them to tell them I’m waiting, and they offer absolutely nothing for the terrible experience. They even have a nasty attitude about it, like you’re bothering them for wanting what you paid an incredibly high price for already. Go somewhere that wants your money, this place is obviously just operating until they run everyone off.
