Upsate. Tried again. Big mistake. More sauce means lots less meat. & I gave threw almost that much away til i started savingMy Big mac cold. Was my favorite hamburger for over 40 years Ugh. It’s cheap, service is hit or miss, this location is usually pretty clean in my experience. The caramel iced coffee was pretty bitter for what flavor there was I ended up modifying it at home a bit. Hey, I paid for it! Why not!? ♀️

What do you expect at this location? A true 5 star experience? Of course they never get your order correct after 10 minutes waiting for your food when at the drive thru they tell you you pull up and wait. It was a big mac and fries folks and 10 piece nuggets. Okay so I ordered the buy one Big Mac get one for a dollar with extra lettuce and pickles not hard. So the up charge for extra lettuce was 40 cents a sandwich and when it didn’t have extra pickles and I took it back in to talk to the manager she’s going to argue with me at the counter about how many pickles come on the Big Mac instead of making it right the first time and then hands me a container of pickles and sends me on my way. Worst customer service of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.We will not be back, you can learn a few lessons from both Sherman McDonald’s how to speak to Loyal customers. I believe the saying is don’t fight make it right, y’all failed.

When the sun goes down stay far away from this place. During the day the food is good, the service is good, it’s McDonald’s you know what you’re getting. However, the night crew is abysmal. The food is cold, the order takes forever, the staff is rude or outright hostile they’ll park you and leave you sitting for 10 minutes because they’re no longer concerned. Get yourself a burrito at the gas station next door; you won’t be paying for bad food and aggressively poor service.
