Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

They brought us our food quickly, and we had an option of fancy or spicy ketchup. Food was fresh and they got it right even with simple special requests which is not always the case in some places. Took a star down on atmosphere due to cleanliness of bathroom as well as some food and a table number on the floor. Would overall recommend as these are easy to fix and generally the place was clean appearing. We would eat here again if in the area. We had two adult meals and two kids meals.

Just got my food through door dash. There where 4 onion rings in a medium box. No ice in the tea. And the only thing that was Hot was the half cooked burger. Chicken tenders are old and hard.

I was at your restaurant today @ 11:48 am as I placed my order in ENGLISH, cashier Deyanira T. responded with “ I don’t speak Spanish”. I responde with What? In English. She again repeated I don’t speak Spanish.“ I had spoken to her in English. Deyanira T. called a Spanish speaker to take my order. I informed her I had ordered in English. The other employee stated yes I heard you, you ordered #2. Dayanara tried to deny me services because she assumed I spoke only Spanish. As your employee she represents you. She tried to discriminate against me, I suggest you review your videos in regards to this incident.

Ordered online, app said food would be ready at 9:23, still sitting here in the lobby at 9:45 watching people complain about the wait. I literally could have gone through the drive thru and had my food 10 minutes ago. Also listening to the manager telling his employees to get of their phones, 4.1 rating is a joke, hope this 1 star makes a difference. Never going to this store again.

I just pulled through the drive thru window around 5:35 pm CST 9/1/23 and this skinny black kid handed me my food and drink with no ice. I had him put more ice in my drink, he did not put any napkins in the bag. I just realized 6:30 pm CST he never gave me my Card back that I paid with and my bank texted me with suspicious activity and there are 3 charges for small amounts. Just checked my bank and the kid also charged me for 2 meals and I only ordered 1 meal. This kid IS A CROOK AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!

The night team at this Whataburger location quickly turned a bad service experience at Wendy’s into a very pleasant experience at Whataburger. From the upbeat, friendly, and welcoming greeting to the gentle and kind food transfer, everyone we encountered was amazing. I’m so glad they were open, and the team was thoughtful and nice.

The last two times I’ve went, the order taker placed my order incorrectly even though I was very clear when ordering. When I bring this up to them when I receive my food, they try to argue with me because the receipt said something different. It doesn’t change the fact that the order was taken wrong. Then they wanted the whole bag back when I wanted to go ahead and disperse the items to my family in the car who were very hungry. I can just hand you the wrong item back through the window but it actually seems like you shouldn’t accept food back from someone after they’ve touched it. She got such an attitude with me. And to top it off, they handed me someone else’s ordered first. I bet they didn’t remake it. I do like the food though.

Dining room was closed. I understand that there was air-conditioning problem, but I have a truck and I simply was asking could you take a to go order from the front counter? The manager could have simply rang me up through the drive-through register but he was extremely rude. I just left . I did not want to put him through any more troubles Customer Service at this restaurant is horrible. See if they even care.
