What really made the experience special was the complimentary Anniversary dessert. It was such a thoughtful touch — not only was it free, but it was actually delicious and beautifully presented. It made the celebration feel even more memorable.
Great food, friendly service, and those little extra details make this a place we’ll happily return to again and again.
I know we all know Olive Garden, but this location has always had good service, and the food has, in my experience, always been made well. Our server was spot on. She was friendly, she checked on us in a timely manner but not in an annoying way, and just had overall excellent customer service.
The food didn’t take too long. It was served hot and fresh. We were never rushed. It was delicious.
If I had to come up with a complaint, it would be that I wish the dining booths were more comfortable, but it’s a small complaint. It’s just the only negative I could come up with at the time.
One additional concern that stood out was the front-of-house experience. The hostesses came across as irritated or dismissive, almost as if guests were an inconvenience. This wasn’t an isolated impression—I’ve noticed the same tone on several different visits and with other customers as well. Overall, this experience fell short of what we’ve come to expect, and with some attention to basic service fundamentals and guest interaction, it could be significantly improved.
