Chick fil a us known for their friendly staff and excellent customer service! But- recognition is needed here- the manager (I think?) Doug, was extremely kind and went above and beyond. I showed up early- they had my order packaged so fast! He even thanked me for my business! (It wasn’t a huge order either) carried it out to my car without me saying anything. They were packed too. The entire team looked to be working together so well— like a well oiled machine. And – they have VEGGIE wraps here!!!! Thank you!!

it was me and my friends first time at chic fil a, we were very excited going in and upon arrival at the drive thru we were greeted by Marry Jean who was quick to give us attitude when we tried to place 3 separate orders. We were unaware of the two order per car policy but Marry Jean didn’t seem to care. When we arrived at the window the guy in the neon green bucket hat threw his hands in the air when he was told we had another order for our car. For our first time coming we are very disappointed maybe look into hiring people with good communication skills. Food was good though

All was well until a lady that worked in the dining area named “Pat”kept trying to talk to us and Pointed out a lady that she called “fat”. Saying “I don’t get those fat women, they look so stupid, I mean would you want your daughter to look like that, I don’t get it”.

This is the last time I will eat at this location. I work in the area and frequently have my lunch at this specific location for about 4 months now. I can’t remember a time I did not have to ask the cashier or manager to correct my order. I literally get the same thing everyday, 5 days a week. 3pc strip and a side salad with Xtra cheese and bell pepper flakes. And everyday I have to try and find a place to park just so I can go into the restaurant to have them fix my order. A salad with no cheese, no bell pepper and the wrong dressing. Its extremely frustrating. I will not return to this location.

Food is good. Service was good, but I don’t get the hype around Chic Fil-A and why it’s constantly overcrowded when I come. The foods good but the lines are ridiculous for it being just fast food.
