Absolutely horrible customer service. Brendon took my order. Some pretzel bites and a Dr Pepper. I pay and wait for my order. Brings it over and says sorry we don’t have Dr Pepper. I ask for a refund on the drink but he refuses to do so. I ask to speak to a manager and am told there isn’t one at that location and I have to go to another location to get my refund.
