Just went the drive through and I pulled into lane two since it was empty. I sat there long enough for two cars in lane one to order and drive off. Then waited another minute. As I went to say, “Hi. Is this lane open?” Just asking a basic question and I didn’t even ask in a rude tone; just curious if I needed to move into the other lane. As I’m in the middle of my sentence, the woman comes on and says very rudely and yelling at me, “You have to wait!” Then freaking tell people you’ll be right with them. I was in complete shock and couldn’t believe that just happened. Like seriously??

Better go to the drive thru or order DoorDash. They don’t pay attention to people waiting to order and then mess up the order with missing items. Be careful you don’t slip and fall on the greasy floor. Terrible place, even for McDonald’s standards.

I did a mobile order and picked it up through drive thru. The girl giving me my drinks was really sweet, but when I got my food, the guy was acting really confused and looked like he barely wanted to be there. He gave me my food and then I asked for some sweet & sour sauce and he looked at me like I was crazy for a couple seconds then finally looked for it and gave me some. I had asked if I got everything that I ordered because I wasn’t able to check it like I usually do because I was in a rush to get home. I get home and I’m missing 6 pc nuggets because I did a double cheeseburger and nuggets deal which one of them is free. I paid for the nuggets and got the burger for free. I didn’t get my nuggets and the medium frappe that I ordered was half full when given to me.

It’s McDonald’s so you know the menu. The wait time going through the drive thru is unbelievably long. They have mostly teenagers working so please wear your patience hat. Definitely not a Chick-fil-A competitor. Good luck.

Went through drive through we were missing half our order and the sweet tea was unsweetened and tasted like coffee. We went right back around to get the rest of our order but we’re told by the manager on duty that she couldn’t verify whether or not they misplaced the order. I understand things can happen and it was busy but this type of ignorance is down right annoying and embarrassing.

The woman who is manager on nights 5/20 and 5/21 is the most unprofessional lazy employee I’ve seen y’all ever have. Disrespectful to door dash and Uber eats delivery drivers on the 20th and ignoring customers at the intercom on the 21st. No one should have to sit at the menu and honk to try and spend their hard earned money on some food because of a person with no morals, respect, or good work ethic. Find another job if you don’t wanna work and watch ya mouth on how you speak to people. Everyone doesn’t have it all!
