The food was so good my first time trying…the family and I were visiting Albuquerque and we saw this place it had gd reviews and the food was great The best burger I had in a long time nothing fancy just a classic burger with so much flavor. My family and I loved this place and can’t wait to come back…. I hope they put one in EPT.

Just went for my lunch no cars in line in the drive-through still took him 20 minutes to make my food a simple chili dog with cheese couple of taco burgers and some salsa and chips. I pull out get back to work and I’m missing the salsa for the chips and I’m missing cheese in my chili dog 20 minutes to make food. I didn’t get it right this is why I don’t go there ever anymore. You guys suck.

Bob’s is a special place. But is also sort of a basic New Mexican fast food place. Whatever comes to mind when you hear that is probably what your experience here is gonna be.
I highly recommend the taco burger and the frito pie. Oh and the chili dog.
Prices are good too. Service is to be expected for a place like this. Atmosphere is basic too, you’ll see mostly locals here.

This was the best location in the state. Very high volume. I believe it was the original. I met the owner once, beautiful human being. He loved his employees and they loved him. That was decades ago. Today the staff is still friendly but very young and barely handling the pressure. Two cars in drive thru and two orders inside. With a huge staff. There used to be ladies working here that spoke slightly broken English and got your order perfect every time and fast. The food is still good but when the ingredients come out in a random creative way it tends to lessen the experience. I will return, when I pass by it will be great. ( *this order was: a ranchero supreme with two small chili on the side one red one green. With extra cheese. ) noice level high from staff.

Not what it used to be. Higher prices and cheaper quality, smaller portions. 5 employees standing around plus cooks and drive through is not necessary. Dirty dining area. Always getting old fries with my order. I’m done with this place.

If I was closer to New Mexico I would go every day, Bob’s burgers was one of the best fast food joints I’ve been too. If you like hot then I do suggest getting the chilli cheese fries with the green chilli. Also a very good place to see nice cars!

After visiting the north coors locations several times, the cashier always gives 100%. Daniel is always cheerful, helpful, and give the best customer service. He goes the extra mile. If you needs anything he quickly helps. Makes a great experience to stop at that location

Food was delicious. But I got food I didn’t order. The customer service was not there. It felt like a bunch of people who didn’t care. The order was wrong and the lady was too in a hurry to clock out instead of listen to our order. And when she repeated it back to us I had her correct a few things. She was extremely rude when I asked her to repeat my order. She seemed bothered to be working.. ordered a comber c with easy chili and easy chili cheese fry and they came back regular. Wasn’t that hard. My husband ordered an upsize fry and drink and we received regular but was charged for the large… a total of two combos and 4 tortillas burgers (2 easy chili) and they were not marked, they all looked like regular chili.. I didn’t think that was too much. But apparently it was to hard for her . Maybe keep her on the fries or sweeping. Alyssa or Alissa threw my receipt but it was something like that.
The manager or guy in the black shirt, was half helping her but also didn’t care to help her enough. A lot of solicitors. So I understand why the bathrooms were locked, but then they are bringing in dogs who are not service animals which is unsanitary. No refills.. I would go to Julian’s burgers next time. A lot cheaper and free refills. People who actually listen that work there.
