It’s no question that Bob’s is amazing. The taco burgers are so delicious and the Chile on them has a kick. The lady that took our order has amazing customer service as well…. however…the staff are younger people, and there were elderly patrons eating…the language that was shared amongst employees was disrespectful to these elderly patrons. It’s understandable that it was a busy time of day but slow your roll on the vulgarities.

I just w went to the drive-thru so I’m not sure about the atmosphere. the the wait was a little long to get the food. But they had a sign on the window reassuring you it was worth the wait and they were right I wish they had a larger size of their malts and shakes. I will be sure to stop back whenever I’m in town over 60 years of business that’s amazing

Bobs is definitely not the same very disappointing in their poor quality of food and bad customer service!! It used to be one of my favorites but now I’ll be going to Julian’s instead. My order was wrong, I ordered chili cheese fries and instead got burnt fries with a piece of hard cheese that looks like it just got slapped on top without any chili. My taco shells were broken and the lettuce wasn’t even inside the actual taco. I called and spoke to a manager and she was completely rude. I understand that right now a lot of restaurants are not fully staffed and are struggling but that doesn’t excuse this type of bad service!

Love stopping here whenever im in town for quick yet great food. The 2 young men that helped me in the drive thru were very respectful and professional, made me feel like family. Today I got the taco burgers to go n they were not disappointing, the green chile was very good. Will be stopping again on my next trip!

I just buy a Small Frito Pie I order NO ONIONS… they add onions ..I repeat them NO ONIONS… Frito Pie here used to be awesome cheese and chilli… and now are the worst Frito Pie…. I try one more time to go and order a Chili Cheese Fries and a Ranchero Supreme … and the Meat was rough and teast bad…the cheese from the fries was just a slice of cheese cold…is the worst food I got…here I am not going back …

I love bobs, its an Albuquerque staple, except for today. I have never had a horrible experience like I did today. I call in my order ahead of time , I pull up to the drive through, and I ask to order an additional 2 tortilla burgers, I was told that since I called in my order, I cannot order anything else. What?…if I wanted to order anything else I had to come in. Omg!!!…the poor uneducated potty mouth girl at the window calls The “manager” I guess?.. and she spends 5 minutes at the pay window explaining that I cannot order anything else… if they had even an elementary education, they would have realized that it would have taken less time just making the taco burgers being that I stood in line for an additional 10 minutes… its so sad now days that youngsters have zero customer service skills, but I bet they can tell you everybody there is to know about facebook or twitter….

Delicious, & Affordable Little Spot! The red chili is Fire, but Green is tolerable on the side !! The atmosphere is a blast from The past, & The Cashiers are friendly ! This is a great place to treat the whole family, especially on Taco Tuesdays!!
