I can honestly say as a human being I have given up on fast food, 100% but today while working in the area, something just told me you know go to Wendy’s for lunch because you never go out so I decided to go to Wendy’s today and I don’t know what it was about this place or how it happened but drive-through was immaculate service was outstanding price was amazing especially for a being nowadays 2023 fastfood Covid not only that but I ended up getting the Dave’s single burger meal. Let me tell you when I say this brings you back it really brings you back to an all American burger for some reason I don’t know how they made it so good but it just tasted great everything was fresh and it was amazing quality. Thanks Wendy’s for the great lunch.

Horrible. She made me feel like an inconvenience, the place is not even busy it’s literally empty. All the tables or seats are dirty, I asked for something to clean it she insisted she would and I’m still waiting yet done eating.. the only good thing was the food was fresh unfortunately the customer service and cleanliness made this experience horrible.

Great service and accommodating of our needs. Friendly cashier who recommended a menu item for my picky son, which I was appreciative of. Their chicken and honey biscuit was tasty, especially because the biscuit was cooked to perfection (not too hard, not too soft). They offer wedges instead of hash browns with their breakfast. Though I hope one day they would consider switching to tots (something just as easy and closer to a breakfast item). Restaurant was clean and quiet, well kept. Easy to access right off the freeway near gas stations as well

Thank God I turned on my light when I went to eat this food! I would have got so sick! Worst part when you go to return it and they have no remorse or apology just rude! Like isn’t it your job to make sure you’re not giving raw meat to people who don’t request raw meat? It’s the customer service for me! This is why certain people shouldn’t hold certain positions yet they do because they have no choice but to work at Wendy’s!

Service is friendly and never a problem for me at this location. I got the value combo that came with a jr. double bacon cheesburger, 4 piece nuggets, small fri, and small drink. I find that the veggie quality is poor and more often eating and throwing out hard white pieces of lettuce I am given in my burgers and tomatoes bismal in flavor. The fries were stale during my last visit and may have been because of the time I went. It was nearing 12am. The burger patty, fries, and nuggets just didn’t taste freshly fried/grilled, as though everything was just waiting under the heat lamp. Again, I blame the time of day I went and hope the food is made fresher during the day.

I visited this Wendy’s twice in the past month and both times I was disappointed with the service. The first time, I waited for more than 20 minutes in the drive-thru line. The second time, the cash registerd didn’t work. I understand that they might be busy or understaffed. I hope they can improve their efficiency, accuracy, and customer service in the future. Otherwise, I will not be coming back here again.

The last 2 times we have had the Apple Pecan salad, the chicken has not been very good and a lot of the lettuce we discarded. We always bought a lot of these salads before and they were terrific. I hope you restore the salads to a 5 star rating soon.

We stopped here on a long road trip. Service was painfully slow, the bathrooms were awful and when we got to our car we realized the drink we got had no flavor to it. We went back in to let them know that the machine was out of syrup. The girl working was incredibly rude and refused to look at the machine and we had to pay for another drink. Horrible experience. Would give zero stars if I could.

I asked for a baked potato with my order. Several minutes later I was told they were out of baked potatoes. I submitted with chili. I understand that they had no more potatoes but wondered why it took several minutes for them to tell me which caused the order to be completed
