I ordered and the price seemed high but the lady seemed impatient. When I checked the order it was wrong. Instead of two double stacks she gave me two adult combo meals. When I asked for a refund the night manager Rey refused. She said the general manager Felicia says it is against policy to ever refund money on wrong orders (I guess they take a lot of wrong orders). If this was the first time this Wendy’s had done something I wouldn’t bother reviewing them but they get our order wrong every time we go at night and we always come home with the wrong food. Now they took our money. I’m all for women led businesses but these ladies don’t care!

Same as red robin. I’m not good enough to be served as a human being. I serve humans with dignity and respect. I pay my way I should be treated the same as I would serve them. My clients are disabled and I feel they are discriminated as well. It’s bull. I was born and raised here in Albuquerque. I did not immigrate here from another country or state for generations we’ve been here. This is our native land. Weather they like it or not. I’m staying here. I’m being called trash by trashy people and I really resent that. Somebody needs to make a change.

There was a long hair in my chili and I brought it back to the counter to be replaced. The gentleman poured it out and made me a new one. I mentioned that the chili had cheese with it and this female employee came over dismissively and stated that the cheese was extra. I told her I had paid for cheese and that the chili was compromised with a long hair. She was dismissive and rude, and confirmed that I did have cheese added to my order after attempting to nickel and dime me in front of other customers.
