This is a very poor location. VERY DIRTY! I was the only person in the store and no one was in drive thru. Looked like 3 employees were on staff but in the back and not the kitchen. This would have been the perfect time to be cleaning but they looked like they were on their phones. Restaurant dining room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day and their kitchen was even worse. Given the multiple prior reviews reflecting what I saw today, you would think their corporate rep would have addressed this with the owner of this location. If this is how they treat cleanliness one would wonder how much attention is paid to food safety. Pics attached.

Be careful using your credit card here, always get a receipt. They ran my credit card and must’ve added their selves a tip because it didn’t cost me that much for one meal! I didn’t get a receipt because I’ve never had this problem before. Very dishonest, and not a place I’ll ever go to again! Shame on this Wendy’s!

I came un late pretty close to closing, the staff was friendly even though they were trying to finish up for the night. They looked at the meat and said we will cook it fresh for you. They double checked my order. Attention to detail . I left a tip for a well deserving staff

I have not been to this Wendy’s for a while…too many issues with not being open and several over all disappointments. After a long day at work we decided to give them one more try. We almost didn’t go as they are under construction and we didn’t think they were open until we saw the sign saying the window was open. We ordered our dinner a spicy chicken sandwich and a Asiago ranch chicken sandwich home style and a few other items. After getting home and sitting down to eat we realized my sandwich was not home style but spicy, not good! By this time it was literally 6 minutes before closing. We called and explained what had happened. The manager (I’m sure she was the manager) was so friendly and apologetic about what had happened. She waited for us to get back over there and replaced our order with genuine apologies and smiles. Both her and the younger guy at the window were very friendly. This experience has gone a long way to make up for the negative experiences I have had in the past. It gives me hope that things will only get better! Thank you for fixing my dinner and doing it in such a friendly way with excellent customer service!

This was very disappointing. On the road with the family, including very young children. Want to stop to eat in the dining room. It’s raining very hard. Get to the front door, and the lobby is randomly closed at 4 in the afternoon. All the lobby lights are on, and the staff is waking around.

Drive through is always more than 20 mins doesn’t matter if there is only one car in front.
