The service was great. They even let us use two coupons on the same visit. The only recommendation I have for them is to put more sauce on the hamburgers or sandwiches. They were pretty dry.

The meat almost tasted like I cooked it myself. Sometimes that’s even a good thing. There was a small mistake on my order that was immediately addressed. I genuinely appreciated the cleanliness of the lobby and the view. Great place to enjoy a burger.

No problem with the people or the location itself. But when it’s 90 degrees outside and you are right out on the sidewalk, and you’re charging $2.80 cents for a bottle of nestle pure life, you’re gouging people. Sell your items at a halfway decent market value. The Walmart is 1 minute away. These kind of business practices = these kind of reviews.

We came for frosties in July. They served us up quickly, but they had the AC on so cold that we could not stay inside. We stood outside, but then realized we were standing next to some enormous spiders on the side of the building. We’ll find a different Wendy’s next time we need frosties.

I’m sure the staff was trying their best but I ordered drive thru, got told to park without a receipt and then had to go inside while holding my baby because they forgot my order. The lady at the drive thru was in such a hurry to get me out of there that she cut me off before I was done finishing my order. Overall a frustrating experience and it sounds like other people have had problems at this location as well.

We usually don’t eat at this Wendy’s but we decided to give it a go and we we’re very disappointed. The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful and we’re joking around the whole time. We do not recommend this Wendy’s, there are far better in other places like Orem.

Well i love Wendy’s food but this last experience i ordered some food from their kiosk and it took my money but it didn’t show up on their order screen and i told the cashier that i had already paid but she said it didn’t go through so she slides my card again and 6$ of it was approved and i told that again because i already long story short not only did i not get any food but didn’t get my money back either so i wont be eating at this location sorry guys but having some integrity goes along ways

Manager was rude and refused to serve us when there was no one else in the store. She insited that we use the self-serve kiosk and treated us like we were idiots. Drink station was messy and covered in soda.

Thomas and his team took great care of me! I have a very strange order, and they got it PERFECT, first try. (Nobody ever gets my order right on the first try). They were also congenial and just generally nice to me, with no hint of any discontent from the extra work my order takes. Thomas made sure he and his crew members understood my requests, and they delivered with a smile. I’m SUPER happy with this experience.
