Probably the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in it’s clean and organized. The night manager was so kind and nice. The cooking staff all smiled and were so fast even with a full drive through. I usually have a terrible experience with Wendy’s and walking into this one that’s attached to a gas station I expected the usual and was so pleasantly surprised that it was a great experience. Highly recommend this Wendy’s!

We’ve been here before and it has been fine. But tonight it is really frustrating because the dining room is closed and the drive thru line is so long. We finally bailed. It’s Friday night, kids are hungry, and we can’t grab a Wendy’s fast. Lame. I suspect that it is very short staffed.

This is the third time this has happened for me. For some reason, Wendy’s had the brilliant idea to start charging for extra sauce packets, so I complied and paid an extra $0.50 for a sauce. Once again, I see they didn’t include ANY sauces at all. Not the one with the meal or the one I paid extra for. Dry nuggets are the worst, please stop this absurdity.

Went through the drive-through. I go to this Wendy’s quite often I asked for a sweet-and-sour sauce and they told me they had to charge me $.50 for a sauce. It’s their new policy. I guess I’ll have to start driving a little bit longer and go to the North Orem location

The service was great. They even let us use two coupons on the same visit. The only recommendation I have for them is to put more sauce on the hamburgers or sandwiches. They were pretty dry.

We placed an order in the drive thru at 11 pm we paid and received our frostys but no spoons. They then had us drive around to the mobile order parking spot. And we waited 20 mins while they got 5 other cars orders out to them in the drive thru, finally we walked up to the window to check on the order and it had just been sitting on the counter and they told us they had to get other orders out and hadn’t had a chance to take the order out to us. If you don’t have a chance to take out the order then don’t have us pull up just to make your order times look better! It’s a sucky move.
