The rudest employee I’ve come across in awhile. They said his name is Michael. My wife asked a very respectable question and his response was extremely infuriating. I heard the manager tell him in the back to apologize. He declined to do so. My order was wrong, and it wasn’t to go like specified. 1 of the employees parked at the edge of the drive thru, backwards. What is going on. Sad location.

We only stopped in for frostys which were great of course. But also the atmosphere when you walk in the doors was live, the employees were awesome with great attitudes and friendly service and the place was clean. Doesn’t get much better then that.

I am only giving 1 star b/c -0- stars are not offered. I ordered a #4 regular chicken sandwich combo, large. I was given a spicy chicken sandwich, a small fries, and a large drink partially filled. DO NOT go to this Wendy’s – they have no idea what they are doing.

It was nice to have my order correct, hot and fresh. We have eaten all over Amarillo in the last two years, fast food and sit down restaurants and haven’t had the service, hot and fresh food like we had today. The staff were all working and dedicated to their jobs. It was a blessing to leave happy and full and see the staff taking their job serious. I appreciate you all, it made our day!

Got a late night meal while traveling through TX. Our meal was so greasy it leaked through the bag and was completely inedible. We waited in the drive thru for several minutes expecting fresh food. The fries were cold and the two sandwiches were literally dripping oil.

The guy who’s took my order at the drive through had a great attitude. The food was good like always, but his positivity made for a great experience. Wendy’s on Hollywood in Amarillo, Texas on October 25th in the later evening.

so im all the way on hollywood and i picked a order doordash up from the whataburger and there’s a wendy’s next to it i had a doordash order for as well , well there was no way to get to the wendy’s without having to go around the highway etc, so i got out and walked over to the wendy’s. and the door is locked but there’s customers so i’m knocking and banging on the door i’m even waving at the customers to come open it Everyone stared at me even the WORKERS. One of the workers was leaving work from their shift and i was at a different door waiting and my boyfriend was trying to yell from the car that was in the whataburger parking lot and he ignored both of us. So i eventually walked to the drive through window and i’m still trying to get their attention. i hated this experience. 17 degrees out btw
