I ordered a medium dark roast I stood at the pickup area and no coffee. Finally a lady points out a coffee sitting by the cashier I asked is this my coffee she says yes I take it home and it’s spilling in the car. This is not what I ordered it has cream. There were 4 girls working so they didn’t seem overwhelmed.

Drive through is slow BECAUSE they are chronically understaffed. One person working in the morning is ridiculous. 100% worth driving 2 miles down the road and sitting in their line because it will still be faster.

I always try to make my way to a Caribou when I’m driving around town and back and forth the Minneapolis and St. Paul because service is quick, servers are friendly, and shop is always neat and clean. I gave only 4 stars because I ordered a cappuccino and got a latte.

They need more staff in the morning… I place a mobile order 15 minutes prior to showing up and I still end up waiting for at least 10-15 minutes. Also kind of gross when I have a bagel just thrown in a bag and not wrapped in the parchment paper.

I love all the girls that work here. They are so much fun and make great coffee.. I look forward to seeing them each week…we have a Bible study there and the morning girls go above and beyond…. Caffeine and laughter doesn’t get any better than this ☕ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

The coffee always tastes bad at this location for some reason. Orders have been made occasionally wrong and the employees certainly make you feel like it’s an inconvenience to remake them. I tip every time, but no one ever says thank you. Save yourself the trouble and visit the Caribou at the south end of town. They make the drinks right and the employees are always friendly.

I rarely go to coffee shops anymore, because the prices have gotten pretty high (especially if you need to substitute non-dairy milk due to an allergy, etc.)

I go to Caribou every day and order the same thing in Hudson. I get an Iced Oatmilk Crafted Press with Oatmilk Cold Foam, I read it directly off the menu. I ordered it in New Richmond yesterday and it was more expensive than usual and did not have cold foam on it. When I asked for cold foam a very rude worker told me that if I want cold foam I have to order it that way so they can charge for it. She was extremely snotty and rude. She should not be the face of your company. I will not be back to that location…ever.

It’s nice to finally be treated like a customer rather than the trash you get treated like at the Osceola location. Very friendly staff, they were busy but still very nice. Maybe caribou could take the manager from Osceola and have her do some training at the New Richmond location since the New Richmond staff managed to be friendly. I’m seriously blown away that the manager in Osceola is allowed to be rude EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in and Caribou is ok with it. So unfortunate because I will now go out of my way to not go to the Osceola location anymore.
