Fast, friendly service. I had the pretzel bacon cheeseburger which was actually quite good. Usually fast food burgers don’t measure up but check out the pictures, they make it appetizing. I’ll definitely have it again. I took a star off cause the drink machine dispensed too much carbonated water with all the drinks.

Love the food everytime I come here. Sadly today the chicken in the $5 for 5 was extremely dry and hard on bothe the chicken sandwhich and nuggets. Seems like it wasn’t fresh to the point that I couldn’t eat half my meal.I usually never complain but it was sad to see one of my favorite places to eat give me this experience.

Customer service was amazing, but they could honestly improve on their food quality and the freshness of their food. I ordered an Asiago meal and had to be pulled up and waited almost 10 minutes. My fries were hot and fresh but only filled up half way in the carton. My spicy asiago sandwich wasn’t even hot and fresh, and was only served with a few pieces of burnt bacon. Having to wait almost 10 minutes, I’d at least expect everything to be fresh. I would have done this review on the Wendy’s survey page, but I wasn’t even given my receipt in order to do so. Food quality definitely needs to improve as well as wait times.

Ordered food to go had to remind person at the window that I had not received my drink then had to ask for straw. When I finally got my food fries were cold along with the burger. The only thing warm were the nuggets will not go back!!!!
