The staff is very friendly, hard working and seem to really enjoy their jobs! Food is always hot, fresh and prepared correctly! The constant, extremely loud beeping behind the counter could drive someone crazy though!!! My Dad was sitting right across the table from me and I couldn’t hear him speaking because the constant beeping was so obnoxious Will definitely do the drive through next time!

Very disappointed. Lady who took our order was not kind or patient with us, rushed and uncalled for. We placed a larger order 1 out of 4 orders were correct. The lady who handed us our food when told to pull up, was the only lady that treated us kindly. I have never had any issues with Wendys before.

If I could give none I would. Not only was our food completely wrong its impossible to get them to answer the phone to make things right. My husband ordered a blt chicken sandwich and got a plain double stack. Tried to call local store took 3 tries to get a person. Manager said he would remake our order himself we just had to drive across town to pick it up all over again. For a new store I’m just super disappointed. I was a shift manager at a fast food joint I understand stuff happens but to send out food so old that the fries almost break a tooth come on. This is the state of the burger I received in photo below. Open wrapper, toppings all askew.

Stopped by on 3/28/23 around 9:30pm, ordered two son of the baconator meals medium and three $5 bags. The young man at the window did a great job just had added a single son of the baconator sandwich only to the order that I didn’t order or receive. The price was higher than expected so we asked for the receipt and reviewed it at home to discover the extra charge. I called spoke with the manager and was told to come when they make it to work the next evening. When I got there I did receive my refund for the burger but it was like I might have been lying about receiving the burger. Before this had been realized we had already came back because the fries tasted like cardboard before we could get past the light right there from sitting a while after being cooked! That was a problem also, we did get fresh fries but the same cook was standing close to the window when we showed up for our refund for the burger and told the manager that we received the burger. $5.99 lol

I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and the biscuits were hard. Employees all gathered around, I was the only customer at the entire place. The manger was extremely nice and accomodated me. They replaced the biscuits with croissants… They were overcooked as well. They gave me scraps for fries.

I worked here recently and let me tell you the craziness. I have been in this business for years and have never worked for a more incompetent GM than who is running this store. Secondly the employees who do work get hours cut and or let go or quit. Third of all the GM will ask you to take breaks and work off the clock then when her bosses arrive say your lying when you inform them of being told to work not clocked in.

It tastes fine but our service he is actually lacking I hate to say. We were the only people the entire time and I had to come in to get what they forgot to put in the bag in drive through. Just want them to do better but we would still come back occasionally.

Each and everytime I’ve been here it has all got worse and worse, food, service, availability, all of it!! This is by far THE WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to!! The dining room, or lobby as you may call it, is rarely open anymore, which makes zero sense. If y you have enough people to run the drive thru, then you have enough to run the inside too!! Your employees are all lazy and nasty individuals who can’t cook, serve, count, or apparently even clean!! Get it together Wendy’s Paris, Texas!
