Seems decent. Ordered delivery, large house special pizza. Loads of toppings with good flavor. Crust is thin, crunchy edges, cooked through but not burnt. I prefer a thicker crust but that’s hard to find around here. No more greasy than I would expect – it’s pizza, not a salad. Took 55 minutes to arrive, but I ordered right in the middle of the lunch rush, and was still hot when it got here. Would do it again.

Service was fabulous over the phone. So patient! They even called before the delivery at my request. Food tasted great on top of it! Thank you!

I’m sorry to say this guys. But the past three times I have gotten food from you guys, including the meal I just had. I can’t eat there anymore. Rice was a mushy pile, and so much of it that I could never eat all of it. The chicken fingers didn’t taste like anything, it was strange, and the pizza my dad got, I really don’t know how to say this, but the sauce tasted like really stale water? I hope you guys can bounce back with some good food soon. But yea, kinda bummed the past few times I went there, just no flavor. Sorry for the negative review. I just want you all to do well.

Great local food willing to help you with special requests for diet needs. Prices are right only missing side salads with my dinners.

Ordered two large pizzas through the app.. Service and delivery was a few minutes before scheduled arrive, which was nice to see. But I have to say both pies lacked flavor. Don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I’ve driven by here so many times. Stopped in for the first time last week. I really enjoyed it. I had a steak and cheese sub with salami and hot ham. It was really good. I’ll be back for more of the same.

Being charged $42 for $10 rate food. Told 35-40 mins wait, clearly the fried food was cooked at the beginning and then put into styrofoam containers so not only just lukewarm, but also mush.

Customer service is terrible. My sister and I placed an order for delivery. I always no matter where I go order steak tips. When we received our order then sent a shaved steak sub. When we called to tell them they sent the wrong sub. We were told that they spoke to the person who took our order and intend we received what we ordered. So instead of standing strong my sister just placed a second order and paid for it. If I ever ordered from this place again I will definitely make them repeat my order back to me twice since at this restaurant the customer is never right.

Best food and customer service is amazing! I highly recommend! Thank you ciaos for years of great food and service to my family! The best in town. Always good to support the great local businesses in town during this craziness they need us! And they always go above and beyond

I arrived at the time I was told my pizza would be ready to find a front counter employee on the phone and several others hanging out near the back. Cash in hand, I busied myself with a menu in hope that the phone call would be finished or another employee would assist me shortly. A minute later, I resigned myself to taking a seat at one of the tables and gave them the benefit of the doubt that their failure to even acknowledge me was because they somehow knew I was the one picking up the pizza that was in the oven. After the pizza was removed, cut, boxed, tagged and put on top of the oven, I decided it was time to speak up. I said purposely loudly enough to not be ignored, “excuse me, is that my pizza over there?” One of the employees near the back fetched the pizza and rang me with with the usual boilerplate professional parting pleasantries. The pizza was marginally good, but hardly worth that kind of customer service. Thank God there is plenty of competition in this part of the city!
