So hours say 6am. Doors locked, staff just ignoring customers with no sign that they aren’t open? If it’s a staffing issue don’t advertise you are open for in person dining. This happens often, I would avoid this Starbucks as it’s clearly terribly managed. It was 6:28 when I was there, 3 staff members, then when I called I got hung up on by a staff member named McKenzie, almost placing blame on my wife and I for even being there. Would also reccomemd some customer service training for staff here.

This was a regular stop on my way to work, almost daily. Stopped there today ordered a blended caramel Frappuccino. It was completely sour, milk was rotten. Threw up immediately and tossed out the drink. I didn’t have time to go back to get a refund or I’d been late for work. I called to let them know and Ky, who I spoke to acted like I was a burden said oh sorry about that, I’ll check to see if our milk is expired. No, offer to refund or replace. Terrible customer service. Therefore, I will no longer buy any. Starbucks over priced, sour milk coffee again.

Tried to go through the drive thru today, hours posted says opens at 6:00am, we were there at 6:30am, the sign was on, all the lights were on, staff were inside but they would NOT respond. I stopped at the window and they looked at us but didn’t bother to help us at all.

Manager is probably one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Has attitude and was rude to not only me but another customer. I have a coworker who has gone there multiple times and has also had terrible interactions with the manager being extremely disrespectful to them. Rest of staff has been chill and highly appreciate them. They are the only reason why my coworker goes back. I on the other hand am not sure I’ll go to any Starbucks if these are the types of managers in charge. I can only imagine how the staff get treated if customers are being treated this way

I’m not sure what’s going on with Starbucks, but this is the second store that I’ve tried to pick up my mobile order at inside the lobby after their posted signs say they are open in their lobby. Doors are locked and the employees will not let me inside, and will not serve me unless I go through the drive-through. If your lobby is closed, you need to have the correct hours posted outside so people know. I arrived after 6 AM, which is when the posted hours say that this location was open.

They locked their lobby and then refused to serve me through the drive through window just because I didn’t have a car this time. After I already walked there on my break just to get a breakfast sandwich. Pretty rude in my opinion. I come here often in a car or not in a car. Will be the last time I waist my time at any Starbucks.
