Today on a Friday during busy hours, food was phenomenal! Slow…but it was worth it. Been here at this location before, lousy slow and pathetic. This time though, gotta give it an Awesome bonus for quality and accuracy. Slowness was totally forgivable. So like if your poke-hunting or something of that nature and not in a hurry, this is your stop. By the way this was drive-thru experience. D-lish-us! (Delicious)

The food is pretty good…I especially love their salads. The fries, chicken nuggets, and chili are also good, as long as they’re fresh. However, at this store at least, there are some issues. First, they NEVER answer their phone, so don’t even bother calling (I’ve tried off & on over the past 6-12 months at least). Second, they mess up my orders quite a bit…whether it’s putting the wrong ingredient on my food, giving me the wrong thing, or forgetting things entirely. Third, they often leave their French Fries and Chicken Nuggets out for WAY too long, to where they get dry and nasty…it’s best to just ask for fresh ones. Fourth, and most importantly – they need to SERIOUSLY train some of their employees better – especially when it comes to things like hygiene. Someone I know well actually saw a girl picking at her shoe/foot while waiting for nuggets to cook, then going to reach for them right after! This person was about to speak up, but thankfully her manager saw, and told her she had to go wash her hands. But what bothers me is, what happens when a manager ISN’T around to see? Don’t get me wrong – there’s a lot of people working there who are very nice and clean, and know how to do their jobs well. It’s just the other few that worry me. So, high marks for their food…but when I have to worry about the contents of someone’s shoe or foot in my food, that takes at least 2 stars off.

only giving Three stars the food was good , and the second lady offered us a coupon book for a dollar , which we really liked the option. However the older lady taking the order and running the register was rude and rushed us also was annoyed that we didn’t know or juice was a option we were just getting a kids meal for our daughter .

Believe it or not there managers care about this store as if it is there baby. They do everything they can to take car of the customers the Wendy’s way, they treat you like family that’s how you should feel going to eat either restaurants or fast food. No other place ive been treats to better then there. Best Wendy’s in the country

Wendy’s in Larned Kansas is under new management and it easily shows. The food is cooked fresh, you get it hot! The staff are clean and well groomed. The staff are also extremely professional and courteous. They make you feel like they want your business. I’ve been here twice now since the new management took over. They are ruining the other Wendy’s in the region simply due to how high they have raised the bar. This location will be my Wendy’s stop for the foreseeable future. Thanks for the hot meal on this cold evening!!!

I went through the drive through a few days ago. I want to give a shout out to the guy who helped us. His name is Richard. My son is a picky eater and I always feel bad when I order anywhere. But he was very understanding saying he has kids as well. He was very pleasant and funny. Great personality! Also made sure my order was correct before me leaving. Have been to the one in Larned Kansas twice within the past month. The first time they were out of chili. Today they were out of cheese, regular nuggets, chocolate frosty, and other items. Both times I had to leave and go elsewhere. Today I had my 2 year old nephew with me. We drove 20 miles to go to a different restaurant.

The food is great but service is lackluster. When I go here it’s a toss up of what will wrong, whether it be shorting me $4 on change, giving no sauce or forgetting ice in my drink. The manager even handed me mistaken food a few times! Wish the service would be better.

Worst customer service ever. First the guy comes to the window choking down food trying to say how sorry he is they are short handed. Funny he has to to eat. Then drops the quarter I hand him as part of my payment. Proceeds to give me my change not including the quarter he dropped and tells me ‘don’t worry about the change’. Well since you owe me I’m a little worried about the change but it’s only 8 cents so I go to the next window. There I’m asked if I had 3 ice waters…. no! Then a guy brings me my sundae which is half full and melted all the way. So now I’ve over paid for half a sundae! Then I call to talk to manager and I’m told sorry I’ll take care of it. Ummm I’m it… you know the customer….. yeah I’m the one you’re supposed to be taking care of!!!! Didn’t even so much as offer to at least give me my 8cents. Not that 8 cents really matters but damn where has customer service gone?

Usually I love Wendy’s it’s great, but this one was just bad, the food itself as usual was good. First I ordered extra lettuce on two chicken sandwich and got no lettuce whatsoever. Then I went inside and it took forever for them to acknowledge my presence, once they did I had to explain the situation to three people and each time I had to repeat myself. Lastly by then I left and went into my car driving off when I learned the cheese fries I got were actually chili – cheese fries. (When I first checked the fries the excessice amount of shredded cheese covered it (I can only handle so much cheese and they went way past the limit)).
