Didn’t even make it to the counter to order. The place was filthy. Used the restroom and my shoes stuck to the floor. The front door was jacked up and wouldn’t shut all the way. Flies all over the place. The lights behind the counter weren’t working. The employees were playing on their phones and sharing their screen with the non-employee friends; laughing and making loud noises. I literally turned around and walked out. Dreadful

It’s a typical Wendy’s, so the food is normal which I think is good. The service is junk, you’d have better luck ordering a McRib from McDonald’s in July than these people getting your order correct. I hate to have a bashful post but common man, for real!!? Every time I go have to get my receipt, this place definitely needs better management. I’ve went there numerous times but the last 3 are just insane. Every time I’ve went in the last 3 trips I’ve had to go back in or back to the window. They couldn’t read an order and make sure it’s in the bag if they got bonuses for doing it correctly. Good food, bad service, you pick your battles.

I came to your place on July 29th little pass 9 pm. No one answer the drive thur. You street sign was on so was the thr drive. When I pull up to the window they said we’re close I look at the Wed when I got home it read hours were from 630 am to 10pm. In the drive. The manager was so rude

This place isn’t what it used to be, got 2 $6 biggie bags and all the fries were cold and the nuggets were overdone with hardly any meat in them. Not a single napkin in the bag. And rude customer service. Won’t be coming back till they fix it.

Literally standing in the store writing this review…ordered an Asiago ranch chicken sandwich, I told the guy it was inedible because the chicken patty was too tough to chew through and I was told “I’m sorry about that.” No “let me get you another!” or anything. Will not be back and do not recommend anyone coming to the terrible establishment.
