Today after a busy day shopping for Christmas/Christmas dinner I thought I’d stop by Wendy’s to take home chilli for a quick dinner so I wouldn’t have to go in and cook after walking all day. Unfortunately, when I opened the chili when returning home THIS is all that was in BOTH containers. ☹️ I called Wendy’s and spoke with Michelle (manager of Wendy’s) and explained I was very disappointed. And in THIS economy to get only HALF of what you paid for is certainly not a way to grow your business. Michelle was very accommodating and explained she would replace the chili the next time I was in town. Knowing she can’t always control how her employees function, she might want to express to her staff that it’s important to at least give people what they paid for. She was very nice, and I will again try Wendy’s again at some point.

Absolute perfection for a dining experience. Friday evening around 6:45 I walked in the door after barely eating all day. I’m generally pretty consistent with my food orders but this time I felt like trying something new. When I asked the girl behind the counter(Sophie I think) what she liked she said she really liked the spicy chicken sandwhich. She also added that she enjoys spicy food. Well as it happens I like spicy too but can be quite picky about the level of spicy in my food. There was something very truthful in her manerisms and communication. I ordered it and a junior bacon cheeseburger just to be on the safe side. Not only was the food prepared quickly but man was she right! That spicy chicken sandwhich was not only crunchy and fresh tasting but the absolute perfect portion. 100% fire !!!!(intended to mean delicious not super spicy) I literally had to force myself to slow down while I was eating it. I may have just found my new favorite burger and of all things it’s a chicken sandwhich smh. Never would I have guessed how amazing that sandwhich would be. I’ve still got the junior bacon cheeseburger and who knows maybe I’ll eat it later but I am absolutely full and couldn’t be happier with this specific location. Clean, friendly and welcoming. If I could give a 10 out of 5 I absolutely would. Thank you to whoever hired and trained this young woman. And Sophie( I sure hope I am getting your name right) you are a treasure in this world. Continue being yourself in this life and it will take you places. Thank you falls utterly short of enough for your suggestion and communication skills. Wendys you better keep this one. I doubt you’ll find many more like her around.

We came through town after being out all day in the middle of nowhere on our motorcycle ( so drive through would be a pain) on a Saturday night. No one was open for dine in and we walked in 10 min before closing and they let us eat inside and didn’t make us leave when their lobby closed. Definitely will be back based on customer service. Went inside and ordered a “single with onions only and a small fry”. The cashier did not ask about adding cheeze. I figured ” onios only” was clear enough.
I glanced at mey receipt while waiting for the order and it listed a single with cheeze and onions only.
The cashier was standing there so I asked him about the cheeze and he called over to the person who was assembling the order and told her no cheese which i could see she was about to add.
I asked him 3 times did he change me for the cheeze and he ignored me and walked away.
I should have asked for a manager. Its not about the money, it’s about getting the order right and if I wanted cheeze I’d ask for it.
If it was a drive thru order I would have been stuck with it. I do not like cheeze on my hamburgers.
Anyway, the fries were cold and the largest was not much bigger than 1″. Really???
Then there was a homeless person who looked like he was taking a bath in the communal sink in the hallway right outside the kitchen door.
Not a good experience. If this franchise is struggling it’s no wonder

I love wendys but this place is the worse I have ever been in. I ordered a medium meal and got a small, when I asked about it I was told she didn’t ring in a medium. No problem them i looked at my chicken nuggets that clearing were not cooked they were still white. So I asked if they looked cooked and was told yes they are done. I sit down and dump my nuggets and the tray and clearly they are not done they are still white and wet. So again I take them back to the counter and show the gentleman my nuggets and ask if I can get some different ones. He looks at them and tells the staff he needs a 4 pack of nuggets. The woman looks at me and asks WHY THOSE ARE COOKED…again the gentleman looks at her and says he needs a 4 piece of chicken nuggets…. the staff here is absolutely the worse ever and the attitude they have they should not be working with customers. I do want to thank the gentleman behind the counter for helping me.

I work in this small little town and right across the street is this Wendy’s location.
I usually grab a quick custom breakfast from this location and an occasion bored in the afternoon 6pc nugget.
The food is usually hot and fresh, there has been a handful of times where my order was incomplete or not correct, but as stated earlier in this text I do get a custom order and sometimes things get lost in translation.
Aside from that the staff is pretty friendly, they try very hard to make each experience personal by remembering your name, I think that’s pretty dope. There’s only been a time or two where I have been and didnt get great vibes from staff. Nothing to complain about. Each day is just a new day. You never know what people are going through so I just sort of shrug it off.
For the most part Im happy with this location, I’d def suggest popping in if your in the area and just looking for something quick and easy to fill your tummy.

night shift if awful we came around 11 had a 15 minute wait just for the food to be wrong and cold, my jr Chicken that I ordered for my pregnant friend who is allergic to American cheese and they put cheese on it, our fries were cold and my bacon fries had no liquid cheese and when we had them fix it we were told to wait again and we watched the lady walk the food to the kitchen and not the trash, mind you it’s still ILLEGAL to take food back over the counter on the count of COVID laws still being in place, but she took the food back and microwaved it and gave it back to us after 15-20 minutes, we go back through the drive through to fix it and because it was “fixed” “twice” which it was not, that we would have to pay full price again, not to mention she gave us food back that she touched with her bare hands and refused to give us a fork for my bacon fries, we placed our order at 11:16 and left after 11:50 because the food was wrong and made us wait that long, we come here frequently and day shift is great so I am incredibly disappointed in our service and will not be returning.

I go to this Wendy’s all the time and there’s always an issues. It’s either incorrect food, extremely rude employees or BOTH! I’ve had a pleasant interaction with maybe 2 employees. This includes managers. Today my 5 year old received some spicy nuggets in her biggie bag and I’ve been listening to her cry that her mouth hurts for the last 5 minutes. Always check inside the bag and containers before driving away. I was really excited when Harrisburg got a Wendy’s back but these interactions have quickly changed my opinion. I won’t be returning to this Wendy’s.

They shut off the frosty machine 45 minutes early on a Friday night. When I pulled around after ordering, I could smell weed smoke coming from the drive-thru window. It was too strong to mistake it for being from some other source. I know you are only going to have younger employees working late on Friday nights, but come on. The food was good. However, all four of our fry orders were only filled about 2/3 of the way. May be better to go here during earlier hours. Not worth $50.
