I was driving to get gas and out of craving. The staff was friendly.Then I got my food quickly. That start with clean and quiet. The fries were slightly undercooked, but they were okay.

Drive through is full of pot holes. Is this normal for all burger kings? I feel like every Burger King I have been to this is a thing.
Anyway-I ordered the SpongeBob meal and this store was sold out of the bacon tots. All fine but they still charged full price for the meal. It’s not my fault they didn’t order enough. Offer a discount since I am not receiving everything I am paying for or offer something in its place. Management-do better.

One on one with customers is getting lost. Size of burgers are shrinking and becoming thinner. There are other places with regular size burgers at good prices and one on one service. Business has forgotten the customer and only cares about the $$money$$

Lazy staff and management. Don’t let them park you from the drive thru or you’ll never get your food brought out to you. Day manager seems to let their staff be on their phones while customers are waiting outside that they told to park out front. There wasn’t even anyone in line behind us so why did they have us park??

In the past I have had to wait ridiculous amounts of time at the drive-thru. There was a little Hispanic woman who could not multitask. She would leave you as the ordering board for quite some time without saying I’ll be right with you without saying anything she could just sit there. Then I would finally yell out hello and she would say I’ll be with you in a minute. Every time I order a chocolate shake every time she says back to me something that has nothing to do with a chocolate shake and I have to say no a chocolate shake chocolate shake. Then she takes forever to mix it. Too much ice cream. The last two times I’ve been there she hasn’t been there. Last year I did call to complain about her. She improved a little bit and they continue to keep her. I just want to say I am so glad that when I pull up to the window now someone responds one way or another will be right with you hello there. And the wait is cut in half. I can tell you that that’s why your business has been so slow because of the drive-through service. Very happy it’s improving because your food is 100% better than McDonald’s your milkshakes are really good. That’s why I would continue to come back.. because Woodburn is 57% senior citizens. I think that the people who work should understand English. I know that they think we should learn Spanish but that’s not how it works. My parents came from Italy. They had to learn English. It was hard. But it was their choice to leave their country. Please learn English. That’s part of being an American.

Dude at the window kept complaining how much he didn’t want to be there. lol the lady in the back kept laughing at how dramatic he was being. I had to ask for my receipt.
