Before ordering, I asked if the chicken sandwich was cooked fresh because there weren’t any out under the heat lamps. They said yes. I took one bite and knew something wasn’t right. I went back in and they would not return the one I took a bite out of and argued that that’s how the food is….. will never be back

I happen to come across this location because I needed something to drink. I thought it was just a regular store. I went in and seen that they had hot food available. I ordered a small wedges and a small mashed potato. Both tasted great. Both were hot not enough gravy in the mashed potatoes And I proceeded to ask for a packs of ketchup because who eats the potato wedges dry? The guy proceeded to tell me that I had to pay for them…! I think that’s ridiculous. This seems like a company that nickel and dimes. Because I had to eat a couple of my wedges dry I will not be returning and purchasing any hot food. In my opinion, if you’re ordering hot food from like a liquor store like this location I’m not ordering the food to go home and have to reheat it just because I have to go home and use sauces such as ketchup .

I decided to get some chicken tenders and wedges after work. I went into this place and paced around, waiting for someone to take my order. That should have been my first indication but it’s late, I’ve had a long day, I’m exhausted, and this was close. I waited there for a few minutes, and no one asked if I needed any service.
The cashier went behind the register to grab the guy from the crispy chicken joint. When chicken man came to the front, he had the nastiest attitude. I couldn’t even place my order without him cutting me off. I get my ticket and go to the cashier only to find that the cashier had charged me for an extra chicken dinner. I bring it to his attention and tell him I need a refund and he tells me that he cannot do it without the owner present.
The owner is not there so he tells me he can’t do the refund, and instead tells me to find something else equal to what he charged me. I told him no, I didn’t want to buy anything else I just wanted a refund. He then goes to get the funky attitude chicken man, but he tells the cashier to call the manager. Considering the price was only $7.99 and I don’t want to deal with this drawn out situation anymore I quickly find something that I want, but they still owe me about $.50. I asked him can I have something else for about a dollar…. To cover cost and inconvenience. Funky chicken man laughs and tells the cashier, “no, it’s just 50 Cents”. I couldn’t believe he told me “no”not taking into account that the initial problem was the extra charge of $7.99. PLUS, if it’s “just $.50, why can’t can’t I have something for just $.50 more??
Anyway, at this point I’m just amused and floored at the high level of disrespect and poor customer service. I did end up gettin my extra dollar one way or the other, but needless to say, I thought this was an unnecessary experience and I should have just followed my intuition and left. But I can say I will never return. I don’t care how desperate I am for food. I won’t be back.
Oh, and chicken man lied about how fresh those potato wedges were!

Came in shortly after they opened to order chicken tenders. I lost count how many times I asked for fries with my chicken tenders. They charged me $6.99 for 3 tenders and no fries. I asked for fries when the guy was ringing me up and he said okay but didn’t give me fries. Felt like a scam. Will not return and definitely won’t recommend others to come here.

Well we got Beef and Chicken Shwarmas but was disappointed this time ..:( Mostly veggies) not enough meat….and very Over priced for the food we got..I live my veggies but I would’ve lived it more had they made them like they used too…Was my, favorite place but now I drive to Berkley for my Shwarmas… 4 Shwarmas with barely slivers of meat $42.00…No TY!
