The employees are rude.. I ordered 4 frostys and one was over flowing couldn’t put the lid on it, I asked if they could fix that so it wouldn’t drip all over the car lady at the window said just take it! I said can I get a drink carrier or am I supposed to drive and juggle 4 frostys with the one over flowing!! Knowing she only seen 1 person in the car!!! She works on College Ave and she has a major attitude!

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Super long wait time and They are literally giving out frozen burgers. What did I even wait for if you didn’t even warm the burger all the way? This is the second time in the past two months I’ve visited this Wendys and both times I got a frozen patty. After this happening twice I can’t come back. What is going on?!!?

Highly unprofessional. I gave the woman at the window $15.10 for a $11.08 total. She gave me 2 cents back. I corrected her on it and she had an attitude on how much I gave her. If she wasn’t to busy laughing and looking at the other person she would have known. Either this location doesn’t know how to count or they are pocketing the $$. Corporate will know about this. Food was thrown in the bag childishly. Told her have a good day and I got the window just closed in my face.

Polite, courteous staff. Conveniently located just off College Avenue and Veterans Parkway. Plenty of parking. Food was warm and tasty. There inside is open again. Their Frosties are always smooth and creamy. We like the grilled chicken meal for a healthier option.
