Burger was dry as sand like it had been sitting in a warmer for 30 minutes. Fries were fresh and the lobby was clean. However stood there waiting to order for 15 minutes while half the employees stood around staring off into space. Sad as this is our traditional stop every time we go to Tinley Park for a concert. Place used to be top notch now it’s bottom rung.

I’m so excited about moving to such a diverse and inclusive state like Illinois! The staff was very kind and accommodating to me and my family. The bathrooms were clean and fresh too. The dining area was immaculate and finely furnished. All the members of the staff greeted me and smiled wide; which I was over the moon about. The strawberry frosty was very tasty and an excellent choice on this day. I thank you and your staff for your acceptance and joyful demeanor towards new people! Make sure to thank the staff and tell them to keep on doing such a wonderful job! Yay!

Just went to the drive through and had to wait for 8 min. The guy in front of me never got anyone to take their order. So when I got there ar the speaker someone said welcome to Wendy’s so I gave her my order and NO ONE ANSWERED BACK AND NO ONE WAS AROUND IN THE KITCHEN OR AT THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW SO I LEFT AND ABOUT 6 OTHEE CARS FOLLOWED. So I went to the one in Tinley Park and had great service.

Worst Wendy’s in town can’t even make a simple order right even when I say it to them face to face. Never salt the fries under cook sandwiches over charging all customers prices that they type in are different from what’s on the board. Bathroom nasty as hell. Ignores customers til they are ready. Just awful all around.

This location was absolutely GREAT! It is located in an extremely safe neighborhood, the STAFF WERE FABULOUS, & I am actually impressed at the way in which that all worked together in such synchrony that I observed that things seemed to run very smoothly, here, at this Wendy’s location…!!!

I am really disappointed in this location. I was on the fence about ordering here because the people working here don’t seem to have good hygiene. They were constantly playing with their hair that is already too long to be working around food. Then I seen a guy come in from outside and go straight back to making food without washing their hands. They did me a favor by being to busy to wait on me…the only person at the counter for nearly 1o minutes.

This is the 4th time that my salad is awful! lettuce is frozen half the time and 2 little pieces of chicken. I ordered a jalapeno popper sandwich and they gave me a patty instead of chicken.
