Nice Subway restaurant. They have a very friendly staff. Typical Subway food. The drink station seemed to work fine and nothing was flat or out. Unfortunately the bathrooms weren’t available for some reason, they had them blocked off.

I came to subway to get a meatball sub combo around lunch time black lady that claims she was store manager was very disrespectful rushed me the whole time she was making my order. Didn’t wash her hands after having them in buckets of water and the store reaks of bleach left the rags she was cleaning with on the white thing where my food was being made. I will not be back to this location.

The owner and his wife (I assume) are great. They are very welcoming and keep their Subway clean & stocked. Each time I’ve been to this location, I’ve gotten my subs made perfectly. Everything is kept fresh and you can tell. I never go to the other locations in the neighborhood unless this one isn’t open.

I am regular customer at Subway 6510 Harvard Ave. on 6-30-2023 one Lady treated me Hell bad and she was rude to me. I went to that store for pick up order. I give her change and said thank you. The lady and her Son( manager Mike) was there , I ask her very nicely what happen to you, why you seeing me so rude and why you talking with me rude?? That lady showing me her finger said get out of the store.And worse she trows the dollars on floor instead handing me back, I went out of the store and I thought what I did wrong , I went back to store and I ask to manager Mike that what happen to you what happen and again that lady started screaming on me like get out of the store. After some time I called to subway store they didn’t receive the call . I called at evening the Manager Mike received that call . I said that lady was very rude to me , I come everyday to the store why she was rude to me. The manager mike Said to me that “she don’t like you “and I was just about to speak and he hang up the call and I tried to complaint many times to subway corporative but anyhow I didn’t reach out there. Please please please it is my humble request to Subway Team that I need a better Answer why she did this with me ???

This has always been a good subway considering it’s in an urban neighborhood. The service is excellent and the restaurant is always clean and smells good. There is a hair store next door and if you go in there you will smell the bread that’s how you know the subway is doing they thing.

I will never ever step a foot in that Subway again. I went for break during my work time, my co worker and I ordered food and sat down. I left the store a few times and came back in so I could take a call as my friend sat there eating. She complained asking us not to stay so I said “but we ordered food?” The store was empty,it’s not like we were taking spots or sitting there for free. I chose not to argue and got up to buy another sandwich after she refused to take my service saying that if we bought food then we won’t leave. “I will order my sandwich and leave” She kept asking what sandwich am I getting multiple times and I asked I can pay first if you want. She asked us to leave yelling and saying she won’t take our service and repeating that she is the owner. The girl seemed insane, I advice that the actual owner checks the camera because she was being very weird. Time of incident 12am on July 1st. Very lucky I did not call the police on her.
