My wife and I were running errands up this way and we went to this Wendy’s b4. Np right, wrong! We ordered a Asiago Chicken sandwiches with large fries. We ate inside even. The fries were barley warm and both sandwiches were squished but somewhat warm! We were hungry and in a hurry sort of, $25 this cost us( also pissed at ourselves for not saying anything). Still wondering why we didn’t. No next time, back to Culvers or MacDonalds. Anyways we should have looked at the other reviews. Been here b4, food was excellent, of course that was months ago. Anyway this one is a crap shoot. You are being forewarned. Enter at your own risk!

I have been to this Wendy’s twice on my lunch break and had cold food. The last time was on 11/01/25. The lady asked me to pull up in a pickup spot due to the fact she was waiting on fresh tenders and etc. Ok I waited then a man comes out with our food. I took the bag and went 5 minutes to my destination and the food was cold. The fries and tenders were like they were sitting for hours. My coworkers cheese and bacon burger was sliding because it was caked on with too much condiments. I will not waste my money here during my lunch hour… 2xs is the last straw. I still can’t figure out the part of waiting for fresh food!!. Where????

Fries have been on hold to long and are soggy. I visited at 11:00 pm on December 18 Thursday evening the girl in the drive-thru is rude and forgot my daughter’s sauces. Its not about the $40.00 dollars i spent on the meals but more about the small and simple things that make the experience count. Disappointed.

Stopped by to pick up some food but wasn’t in my car. Lobby wasn’t open so I walked up to the drive through and nobody answered me through the machine so I walked up to the window. Was told they wouldn’t serve me unless I waited for the following cars that were behind me. They said they wouldn’t serve me.
I will NEVER visit a Wendy’s again because of the extremely poor customer service at this location and will be calling corporate Monday.

This is the absolutely WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, it took them 10 minutes to bag cold French fries and a cold old cheese burger. The meat was not fresh and the cheese looked old. I called to inform them as I was running late to a meeting. I called 10 times no answer. I wouldn’t feed my dog this Wendy’s food.

This is the 4th time that my salad is awful! lettuce is frozen half the time and 2 little pieces of chicken. I ordered a jalapeno popper sandwich and they gave me a patty instead of chicken.
Not to mention they are not the nicest employees and their system shuts down ALOT. This place definitely needs management attention.

I ordered a 10 piece nugget, two 4 piece nuggets, 2 crispy chicken BLTs, 2 value fries and a small fry. Food was old and cold. Fries were not even near fresh. I was also missing one 4 piece nugget and a value fry. Unacceptable. Prices are going up but not your quality. Bk and McDonald’s are at least giving us fresh food.

My visit to Wendy’s today was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience through this review. As I walked into the restaurant, I decided to use the restroom before placing my food order. To my shock and dismay, it was immediately evident that the bathroom had not seen a hint of cleaning or maintenance for what felt like an eternity. The scene was beyond disturbing. Gnats were swarming around, and the toilet was overflowing with feces, with flies buzzing around it. It was an unsanitary and repulsive sight, to say the least.
What made matters even worse was the response from the two managers on duty. When I brought this matter to their attention, they were not only dismissive but also incredibly rude. Their attitude suggested that they didn’t care about the state of the restroom or the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. To my disbelief, they claimed that the restroom had been cleaned that very morning, which was absolutely not the case. It was evident that this restroom hadn’t received proper attention in months, if not longer.
This experience left a lasting negative impression, not only due to the appalling condition of the restroom but also because of the indifferent and disrespectful attitude displayed by the management. As a customer, I believe it’s essential for any establishment to uphold basic standards of hygiene and customer service. Unfortunately, my visit to this Wendy’s location fell far short of those expectations. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to address these hygiene issues and improve their customer service immediately.
