This is one of the most busted down Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The kitchen and their work space is visible to the customer and it’s littered with fries and chicken nuggets. I wasn’t able to capture it all because I had a quick second to take the picture. The menu TVs did not work and when I asked the manager, she said it’s been broken for a long time and Wendy’s is not in a rush to fix it. The table in the dining room were dirty with old food residue. Indoor dining trays are not provided. You must make one out of your paper bag.

Probably one of the better Wendy’s that I’ve been to around here! The staff is kind, and very cooperative. I showed up around the lunch time rush hour, and there wasn’t too many people, and plenty of parking. The line was short, and my food came out incredibly fast! Roughly 3 minutes.

After working a late night shift, I arrived at your location at 11:55 . I was glad to see you open. I ordered a Dave’s Double. I get home to relax and enjoy a nice juicy burger like I always get. Turns out I get a bacon double , dry burnt old patties instead. If you’re going to stay open late at least get the order right and peese for us working people ,try to keep it fresh

I dine-in almost everyday, and the food quality is very consistently good, as is the service. Unfortunately, this place is ALWAYS busy, sometimes incredibly. They are usually understaffed too, which doesn’t help.

I placed an order on the Wendy’s app this morning June 1st, went through the DT and gave my name, she couldn’t hear well so I told her again by her request, then she rudely order me to drive to the next window. As soon I pull up she’s already at the DT window with a rude attitude, so I ask her to cancel my order and went to McDonald’s. I’m a frequent customer at this location and mostly is fantastic. But I’m not gonna take unprofessional customer service for no damn reason. DO BETTER!

Not bad versus the one by my house near Darien. Some reason was unable to use my coupon from my app on my phone but otherwise they got the order right and everything looks good and tastes great. Tried to go in but they had the doors locked so apparently you can’t go in and order you have to go through the drive-thru.

1000x better than the morris wendys. One time the morris wendys manager called the cops on me after they gave me the wrong sandwich 3 times and accused me of just trying to get a free sandwich. I tried giving the other ones back
